For allmost 3 weeks I have not been able to get into my checking acct. I have called at least 15 times and they do nothing but lie. I called the exec offices and they said someone would call me that same day. No one called. I called again this morning and was told a message was left yesterday (not true) when she relayed the message back to the person the person responded and said "oh I just now called her" again not true as I was right here. I cannot believe that Chase provides this kind of service and allows their employees to lie like this. Over 3 weeks and I still cannot access my checking acct.

Chase ATM did not dispense the money, and they told us to contact our bank - instead of giving us our $$.Chase ripped us off, not our bank!!

What's the point of going into the branch if they refuse to help and tell you it can't be done in branch when I know another branch was able to help me in person. This location needs to work on their customer service.

Visited Gilroy branch today again to resolve an ongoing issue/process with our compromised accounts. Had to wait for 30 minutes, but was originally told I would have to wait around 45 minutes. Comfortable waiting area and once available, Vanessa Rodriguez helped me right away and our problem was resolved within 5 minutes! I have been talking to Chase online representatives for months about this issue and my husband went to a different branch which they said "No one knows how to do that here" and weren't able to help him that day. Thanks for all the great help today Vanessa and ongoing Gilroy branch!

Horrible customer service. The tellers won't help you and tell you it can't be done in branch when I've been told it can be done in branch. They are either incompetent or don't want to actually help you.

This bank never picks up the phone. Pretty amazing. Don't know how they can maintain their business without talkng to customers over phone. You have to go there in person to get any piece of information.

Chase Bank Gilroy #fail. Me and my wife visited the bank to add my wife’s name to my bank account at 1:47pm. The bank closes at 2pm. The lady Ms Angelita Morelos denied this service saying that they are closing in 10 mins. Aren’t they a service industry? Didn’t feel like it today.

NY Times-The lawsuit accused JPMorgan of facilitating and concealing wire and cash transactions that should have raised suspicions that Mr. Epstein was engaging in the sexual trafficking of teen girls and young women. The lawsuit contends the bank essentially turned a "blind eye" to Mr. Epstein's conduct because it was profitable.

My father who passed away owed a mortgage. The previous female branch manager that is no longer there was considerate but scattered brained. Tellers in this branch did not want to take my cash. They insisted that my money could be laundered. Funny how your money machine in the lobby doesnt discriminate against where my money comes from but the tellers do and my father’s interest paid their wage. Im glad i paid the loan off. I will NEVER do business with Chase bank.

They don't follow their own hours. Came by to go to the teller, but once I arrived the doors were locked and everyone was gone. Closed early without even a notice.
