The employees do the job like they’re doing you a favor and not getting paid to do it. They are negligent and couldn’t care less about customers’ cars. I bought my rims less than a year ago, and they now have evident scratches. I have a “before” picture, so it’s obvious they were damaged during the service. Plus, they returned one of my lug nuts in a Ziploc bag.(FYI there is another review below of a customer getting their rim bolt broken, and receiving it in a ziplock bag)

Very poor customer service. Made an appointment to have summer wheel and tire combo swapped for all season combo. All tires had been purchased and mounted by this shop. When I arrive for the appointment they refused to do the work. Everything was OEM. I'll take all our business to a reputable shop from now on

Do not get tires here they suck!!!! Had an appointment on Monday and waited 2hrs just for them to tell me that they couldn't do it because they couldn't find the lock key. The following day I purchased a lock key made an appointment for Friday just for them to tell me they ordered the WRONG TIRE SIZE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I scheduled a balance and rotation for 2:30 PM. I live over the pacheco pass and drove 45 minutes to my appointment to be told when I arrived if I would like to reschedule or it can take up to 2 hours or longer and that they are not doing services right now.
I did not want to have to have the drive, round trip is over 100 miles just to have routine maintenace done. Overall not very satisfied with the level of service. They told me they got busy with other customers, that was a lie, they actually had an 18 wheeler that came to pick up tires or drop tires off and it looked like they were loading tires into the truck.
I would not go to lenghts to provide a review but I think this situation calls for it. I have had no issues in the past.
Also, if they are aware a pickup/dropoff will occur they should block those times on calendar so customers do not book appointments during that time.

Had an appointment today at 11:00 a.m. Came early at 10:45 and didnt get my car back until 1:45. An hour I dropped off my car I received a call saying that they could not find my lug nut key and without it they could not change the tires. It was in the center console the entire time so either they didn't actually look in the car for it or they just needed an excuse for the delay. Even if the key was lost what kind of tire place doesn't have a super socket to take off lug nuts incase the car owner lost the key. Seems like they are lazy or incompetent, but most likely both. Definitely will not be returning.

We always stop at Costco Gas station on our way to and from LA. We were on our way to LA with 2 dogs in the car when we pulled up to fill the tank and noticed a flat tire. Their next appointment was at 7pm and we couldn't wait an entire day at Costco... Jose saved the day and took us in immediately and repaired our flat in 45 minutes! It would have been a super stressful situation looking for a repair shop Sunday morning without Jose's help. Highly recommend their great customer service!

Had an appointment for 11. Didn't touch car until 11:50. The guy behind me that came without appointment for a flat fix was done 15 minutes before my car got started. When I brought my car in for a flat without an appointment I was told 3-4 hours. I guess some get preferencial treatment.

I took my car to get new tires, the technician broke a rim bolt which i understand it was an accident but i was expecting them to replace it or at least do something for me, but no.Manager said they don’t do that type of work there and that they were not responsible for it. I called corporate and they told me the same thing, i don’t understand so if there is a damage during a tire service the car owner is responsible for it not Costco ?I ended up paying out of my pocket to replace it. It surprises me for being “COSTCO” but anyway they just lost a client

I ordered a set of tires on the Costco website. After I ordered them, I scheduled an appointment to have them mounted at the tire center in Gilroy. This was approximately 2 weeks in advance. I scheduled the appointment for a Saturday morning appointment at 10am. The website instructs you to arrive 15 minutes early. So I arrived at precisely 9:45am. I figure it would probably take about 30-40 minutes to mount, balance and install the new tires on the vehicle. When I arrived I spoke with the employee at the tire center, to my shock he informed me that it would be at least 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the job done. What??? That is absurd, why did I even bother to schedule the appointment??? All said and done, I guess they did a decent job of getting the tires on the vehicle, but it ended up taking them 2 hours and 15 minutes. I will never go to this tire center again. What a waste of my Saturday. Okay, rant over. I hope whoever reads this is having a great day! :-)
