Not worthwhile shopping here. Better deals and customer service buying from Amazon instead of here.
Bought 4 shoes from here. One of the shoes started to hurt my daughters feet after keeping on for a few hours. Tried to return when I came back next weekend. They don't accept returns if the shoes are worn at all. So be very sure that the shoes won't be uncomfortable or hurt your feet because you won't be able to return at all.

Do not buy Crocs online! There is absolutely no customer service to help you I tried for 3 days with no answer. I repeat do not buy Crocs online it's not worth it if your order gets messed up it's all on you there is absolutely no customer service! Crocs customer service is a crock of crap!!!!!!

called to ask an associate if there's available Crocs Echo Storm ( said 'Yes') went to the their store driving for like 40mins. Get there and ask about the item , guess what? they don't have it.

This store is ridiculous everywhere online it states the store closes at 9 and at 8:02 the women all refused to do an exchange for two of my children who are on the spectrum. I pleaded with these woman being a single mom I don't have time to come back down from San Jose. She rolled her eyes and said no.

Showed up 20 minutes before closing, I was just going to run in and grab some crocs for my 1 year old. A worker didn’t let me in, she said the store was close. I told her that they don’t close for another 20 minutes and she just said that there were too many people in the store. Who doesn’t want business? It just blew my mind! My son was sad that we couldn’t go in and we drove 35 minutes to go to the crocs store. Waste of time. Never coming back to this store!!!

Went in looking for a pair of crocs.
The person who waited on me was very helpful.
Sadly they don't make the color croc that I needed for my great grandson in his size.
Will have to wait until his feet grow to size 11c.

I want to crocs Gilroy outlet today. Manager didn't let me in with the excuse of store closing in 2 minutes.But some other person want inside the store and she didn't say no to him.i told her this is not far at all.but she just closed the door on my face instead of saying anything. Totally rude and unprofessional behavior.
