I want to crocs Gilroy outlet today. Manager didn't let me in with the excuse of store closing in 2 minutes.But some other person want inside the store and she didn't say no to him.i told her this is not far at all.but she just closed the door on my face instead of saying anything. Totally rude and unprofessional behavior.

I was overcharged $10 and didn’t notice until I was home 3 hours away. They refused to help me in any way over the phone or even send me a $10 gift card. The same thing happened to me at a Lego store and they sent me free products and a refund to make up for their mistake. Too bad crocs refused to help me.

The Worst Experience. I went in and an employee with orange/red ish hair she was very rude. Didn’t welcome us in. when she rung us up she threw the receipt in the bag and threw that bag at me. Horrible customer service. She has such an ugly attitude and should not be working there.

An employee with orange hair was extremely rude with an ugly attitude. She made faces towards us and another group. The worst experience i have ever experienced. I will be reporting to corporate about her because someone with such an awful,ugly,& rude attitude should NOT be working there.

I did not have a good experience here at this Crocs store, Gilroy outlets. Today July 22, 2023. The manager Sheehan I believe is how you spell the manager’s name the one with glasses. She was very unprofessional and rude all I asked was for a simple return and she ended up causing a scene by raising her voice in a rude demeanor.

A coworker with the crossed eyes has attitude. Asked if there was student discount and said no, but said you can check if there’s a barcode to scan and then wifi sucks at outlets and she was just banging her scanner rudely. Then just said see i told you online only. Like bro I work retail too, don’t gotta be a b about it. I’m nice and patient with customers not some crossed eye attitude giving b.

The best location for an abundance of fun choices. Always a sale going on and they also have a clearance section. Note that they still haven't updated the address here as of May 2023. There's still a location at the outlets but it's on the north side of Leavesley.

The outlets have everything I need. I only wish that they were indoors. So I didn't have to go out in the rain or in the hot sun but other than that I prefer to go to the outlets more than the mall

We were not assisted by any staff for the sale of buy 2 get 2 for free from the clearance section. We purchased 3 pairs of Crocs along with the accessories for the Crocs. The cashier made no attempt to give us any discounts. It was our 1st time going into a Croc store and it was a letdown.
