Five minutes ago I walked in for service. The door was open and unlocked. Out of nowhere a Fed ex employee comes out with a very rude tone. I try to calm her down and tell her that since it was unlocked was the reason I attempted to open,
She refused to give me her name as I told her I would be reaching out to her corporation. Customer service is absolutely bad. I can imagine how she treats other customers.

This is not the first time I’ve had a frustrating experience with the same representative at this FedEx location. On multiple occasions, she has refused to accept packages and consistently fails to offer any assistance. Instead of helping, she repeatedly cites various excuses, even when it’s clear the item in question does not violate any shipping policies—as was the case during my most recent visit, when she incorrectly assumed the item contained a battery.
When I offered to purchase a box from her, she briefly agreed to proceed, only to later reject the package again, claiming the box was not acceptable. The inconsistency and unwillingness to assist are incredibly unprofessional.
If someone is in a customer service role, especially at a service-driven company like FedEx, there should be a basic standard of support and communication. Unfortunately, this representative does not meet that standard. It’s disappointing and discouraging to encounter this kind of attitude repeatedly.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the ongoing service issues at this location.

Carlos is the man! He waited for me 10 min after hours to accept my package, for return. Today was my last day to return the item. Thank you again, Carlos! I will be using this location for drops, from now on. Above and beyond. Get this man a raise, fedex!

These people opened my package Tic kit(iPhone inside) they stole my item ??? now I’m not getting my credit back.make sure to seal well your package with a lot of transparent box sealed

I tried to drop off a package today, however, one of the ladies did not want to accept it, because it had the original factory package. Then I took it to the one on the first street, the package was accepted with no issue.

This location is not equipped with big sized printers for larger scale printing. Like most most FedEx printing locations typically are able to support. For larger scale printing jobs, for example, blueprints or signage etc., you’ll need to try Staple’s or Morgan Hill location.

Went in to use the self serve copier to print some documents, they have only 1 copy machine and I was told I couldn’t use it because it was running a job for them and it will be tied up for awhile, not very convenient why not have a machine for employees and one for self serve customers doesn’t make sense.
