Very convenient inside Walmart yes but since they changed people Not . The older man that is there now was still in training and was very inefficient. More experienced agents should have been working there also. I won't be going back back to the office if he is there.

I alway praise an establishment when the team and everyone involved care not only about their jobs but the people they service , those individuals who go out of their way to have excellent customer service. That being said I wish I could give this place a negative 28 points plus receive an actual conversation with any employee intelligent enough to expedite a claim like a professional insurance claim adjuster . This being in the field they chose to specialize in , this employee who I speak so unfortunately about on this review , obviously is trying to just get by while giving the minimal amount level of s*** a****** service . Terrible . Terrible! Customer service and version of a waste of breath and person . This Gabriela "Gabby" Granados ( something like that , she had a problem telling any truth and giving any real information regarding our claim of her real name ) This isn't one of those angry customers who happen to over exaggerate everything. This is now 3 1/2 weeks later into this bs claim with their company and policy holder who smashed into my husband on Christmas Eve . You probably wouldn't believe me if I told you this specific trip was because my husband had to burry his best friend / father two days prior and only made the trip bc he had to . This "GABBY " unprofessional continued to convince my husband the past 8 days(only on their phone calls as if he wouldn't tell me ) that his wife was out of line for asking questions why it took 3weeks for a pathetic excuse for a an adjuster who had troubles handling our claim and getting her policy holder who smashed us to get pictures taken of their vehicle to close the Claim. This ALSO being discussed a week prior confirming the guilty man who is to blame for the accident was already taking care of the picture needed for the claim and would be most likely handled by end of the day or next day . Lies on lies !!!! This gabby ( who apparently just be GABBING ) had the audacity to act like me calling again almost a month later for updates was a real problem. I swear you signed up for this and this is your Job!!!! it okay , lazy people usually take a dark path and never see the light again because they are too weak and ignorant. GABBY ( whatever your name really is or sounds like - still ugly) you're more than incapable period and I pray no one ever has to deal with your company and or their lives and soul /transportation in your hands . Gabriela ....... I'll pray for you. Maybe one day you will grown up to be a real woman . Until then, Fix my dagdmmmnnn car please !!!!!!!!!!! Lawd id be so embarrassed if I was associated with this company . Pathetic.

Worst car insurance company in America. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Fred Loya insurance. They are the cheapest, worst, dirty, snake of an insurance company. They only care about their pay checks and screwing you out of what you deserve. You have been warned.

Really nice girls, I walked in and everyone said hello and even shook our hands. We did have to wait a while, but I think they just need more employees. I liked our price and overall the service was great! I definitely recommend them!

Made us come back three times, workers don't know what they are doing, and it took almost four hours to finish everything after all the mistakes they did, don't get insurance from here.
