The staff is very friendly and just down right awesome!! Medical assistants in the back all have great personalities!! Dr's take the time to listen and address your concerns as well!! Overall always attended with respect and warmth.

They quickly referred me to a facility that could help me ASAP with my tooth extraction. They shared resources to help me even though they were not able to.

I was very pleased by the attention I received from the staff, especially from the doctor who treated me. She was very, very thorough, more than any doctor I've consulted with before, and that made a big difference.There was a little bit of waiting but I was told it was due to insurance authorization and the like.Either way, I am very thankful for the service and would recommend anyone needing help to come in and be treated.It's affordable, based on income, and they take insurance, including Medical.Thanks again

The front desk ladies and medical assistants are kind but the PRIMARY DOCTORS are the WORST ! They have made rude comments a number of times, incredibly disrespectful. I've made numerous complaints solely based on their behavior.If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, please do it.

Too many patients, you’ll be waiting 2 hours after your appointment time just to get 10 minutes of attention from a doctor. Place has changed from bad to worse.

waited 20 minutes in line to be asked what I was there for after being next . One girl was too busy on her phone to see anything and just rude the way they ask things to patients. Also seems like the girls in front don’t even know what’s going on because the person in front of me had to repeat them self multiple time. when it came to my turn , they didn’t even know how to help with my father x ray results i was dropping off

Called to make an appointment gave my insurance info and made it for 2weeks later. Come in for it and told they don't take my insurance should called me and told me so i could make an appointment somewhere else and clincher. They supposedly called to say I needed to reschedule also which didn't happen.

the ladies are always in a bad mood and they rush you and pregnancy care is really bad no ultrasound no nothing and they send you all the way to san jose for ultrasounds and cancel appointments

(This review is specifically for Kristen in the Behavioral Health Department.) At the beginning of this year I was going through a very tough time with my anxiety--worse than ever before, and it was interfering with my daily life for the first time. My primary care doctor referred me to a counselor to see if it would help, and I was introduced to Kristen, who turned out to be absolutely wonderful to work with! I've heard different things from different people about finding a therapist, and after those stories I feel lucky to have gotten such a great therapist on the first go. She was kind, understanding, sympathetic, and extremely helpful. Like many people, I've tried to find solutions to anxiety on my own via internet searches, but nothing really stuck. Kristen taught me so much that I hadn't heard of before, as well as found ways to help me put to use the things I *had* heard of before. And while everyone's journey is different and I certainly can't guarantee the same results for someone else, I *can* say that Kristen has changed *my* life for the better. My anxiety is not completely gone (and probably never will be) but it's not a daily occurrence anymore. And when it does show up I actually know how to manage it now. I've even gone months without having a full blown panic attack! That's huge for me! And if you asked Kristen herself, she would probably tell you I made this progress because I was the one that put the work in (and that's true; a therapist is not a magical cure--you likely won't get very far if you don't put the work in yourself) but I couldn't have done the work without her guidance, and for that I'll be forever grateful. Kristen is a short-term counselor, so I only met with her for a limited time, but it turned out to be enough for me. If you have the chance to work with her, take it! It could be the best decision you've ever made! (Yes, I know scheduling with Gardner and getting questions answered via the phone line can be a bit of hassle, but sometimes the hassle is worth it!)

If expect to wait 30mins for your actual appointment and then after measuring your heights and weight you’d have to wait for another 40mins for the doctor to even show up. If you’re willing to go through all that. Then, here is all you need!
