Had an issue with some headphones I bought almost 2 years ago. I had the Geek squad protection plan. Walked in with my headphones, and within 15 minutes, I had a refund and new headphones picked out. ?

Bought a dishwasher on 9/3/17. Set up delivery and install on 9/11/17, a reasonable period for that. No delivery. Rescheduled for the next day with specific instructions as to how to get to my house. Again, no delivery. Called the pathetic excuse they have for "service" and they promised to have it installed the next day. Again, no install. Rescheduled for today, 9/19/17 and have now been told that THE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE. I would not advise this service to anyone. While they may well carry good products, and my experience with buying the dishwasher was satisfactory, the service was absolutely the worst and I still have no dishwasher, only an earful of "oh, gee, we're sorry." I don't want sorry, I want my dishwasher.
