5-day visit with no housekeeping. After the 3rd day, we called and we're told we needed to tell them. Requested for the next day and nothing. The breakfast service was good.

Rooms: Room was immaculate. The only negative was there was small black flying bugs,that I think were coming from the drain.
Walkability: Restaurants are a mile or two away

It’s an ok hotel but for the price they definitely over charge …… r v camp set up in front of motel which I would say is weird but apparently in California it’s the normal 👀….. but did not feel unsafe …. Rooms very dark no lighting to see except in bathroom beds not a wow factor but not uncomfortable ….. pool … gym…. Washer dryer …. They have and well I’m hoping the free as motels call it but we know we all pay for breakfast is at least descent …. Definitely not a 5 star motel just cause price let’s be honest here

The stay started off for the most part normal. Weird thing is they have the doors lock and you have to be buzzed in. The room was nice and so was the breakfast. The problem started post check out. We were halfway home to Fresno, and I remembered I left my wedding rings in the restroom vanity. It hasn't been more then 2 hours since we had check out. I called the front desk so they could go up there and get them for us and we could drive back to Gilroy to pick them up. The young lady says the room hasn't been clean and they will go up there to check. She calls me back less then 10 mins that there are not there. I know I left them there. I check all my belongings and they weren't there. I then spoke to another gentlemen who says no one has gone in to that room since they won't be clean till the next day. I tell him well the rings didn't just walk up and leave. So either you haven't check or one of your employees pocket them. He said he would give me a call back if they found anything. No call received. My husband then calls later that afternoon and the lady at the front says the room will be clean that day and they will give him a call back. No call received. Just be careful when staying here. Don't forget your valuables like we did/ even though it's an expensive hotel the staff have sticky fingers. Or if your staying multiple nights don't leave anything valuable if there coming in to clean your room. Very disappointed in this hotel and its management.

This Hampton Inn was convenient to the highway and clean. I rated the room a 4 out of 5 because they are a bit dated. The service was not bad, but they had some weird front door policies where they remained locked at all times. This was a bit odd, but the staff was super friendly. Overall, I recommend this hotel, and I would happily return.

It's an excellent place to enjoy a break after a busy day. It has a clean pool. Its rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The reception and cafeteria staff go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. The housekeeping service was rated 4 points or slightly lower; they were distracted one day and didn't clean. In general, they should be concerned about not using so many single-use plastic containers, which are quite polluting. There are no environmentally friendly instructions; they shouldn't wash towels every day, for example.
Noteworthy details: There is no lunch or dinner, nor cafeteria or bar service. Only breakfast.
The breakfasts are the same every day, acceptable. The truth is the line of almost all these types of hotels. I like that there is fruit every day.
Another detail has a parking area.

Class A and B parking across street at truck stop. Quick and friendly check in. Secured building, must have card key to enter main entrance or staff to buzz you in. Business center and laundry. Room was clean and comfortable. Has outside pool, exercise room. Located right off of Hwy 101. Several fast food places in walking distance. Has breakfast.

Clean rooms and very nice staff. Maricela is one of the best staff members at the Hampton's always checking in with guest.

The hotel appears clean at the entrance, but after entering:
The seats in the lobby are dirty, greasy, stained, and above all dangerous. I injured my finger with a nail sticking out of the seat (I'm still waiting for the incident report that I was promised by email). In the rooms, there are plenty of hair and stains. Furthermore, given the overwhelming smell of garlic that pervades the city, it would be wise to install filters in the hotel so that guests are not bothered by this smell.
Finally, the hotel is noisy.

Everything was excellent except the pool was not heated. Fitness Center was great. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. Area was well lit. Gilroy doesn't have much to do, but it is centrally located.

Well I don’t where to start. but I have to say this is the most, best and professional hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk clerk is really helpful. The hotel in general is cleaned and organized. My room is so big and powerful. I personally would recommend anyone to stay here. You’ll get your money worth out of it. Also the “FREE” breakfast is the bomb and the great view of the of the street.Rooms: If I wanted to get away with my girlfriend, I would choose this hotel. Because the room is very big and I can feel a romantic vibe. The shower/ bathroom is really modernize.

Very clean hotel which is my first priority. Then nice staff 5⭐! From the cleaners, through the girl at the front desk to the manager who allowed us to check in in the morning, which we really appreciate because we are truck drivers and quality rest is very important to us.
