I'm a fan of this Home Depot! Friendly greeting at the door, kept clean, and I found everything I needed. The cherry on top was the service given to me by the lovely alt blond employee at the self checkout. She was very helpful and took the time to help me on more than one occasion.

Terrible customer service.!!!!Go to the Morgan Hill store where employees actually care. Update. Was forced to go back in because the customer ordered a product here.] Had to buy a few electrical items. Get the items back to the job site open the boxes both of them were used. Like I said you wouldn't think it could get much worse at this store. Then what a hassle to return it.

Do not use them for blinds and home installation. My mom went into Home Depot, Gilroy to order blinds, they sent someone to her home to measure and quote. Now that there is a problem, Home Depot won't even talk to her and push her off to the company that did the install. They won't stand behind the product and company. The installer broke one blind while installing it and they are repairing it rather than giving her a new blind. Home Depot has washed their hands of the situation. Horrible customer service.

Was trying to purchase primer and airless sprayer and price match with home depot app. Called the maneger (lolly) and she said we don’t price match and you have to go to daily city store. And for the spryer she said is not the same, I showed her that is same and after we confirmed she just left!!!Didn’t even care about me as a customer. Lolly that’s so embarrassing to have you as a manager of this Home Depot store.

The installation service is contracted out and Home Depot do not take responsibility for bad installation. Cost me thousands to replace the countertops installed by Home Depot!

Home Depot always provides excellent customer service. The last time that I was in the store, I was picking up three 10' pieces of 1/2" PVC that I ordered online so that I could make a tabletop greenhouse. I had phoned earlier to make sure that the pieces could be cut, and I was reassured that they could.I went to the online pickup area, but my order had not been processed. Rather than having me wait, the young lady grabbed a cart and led the way to the plumbing department. She placed the three pieces of PVC into a cart and then went to look for someone to cut them.She was told by two different associates that they didn't cut PVC in-store. I didn't know what to do since I would not be able to put the 10' pieces in my sedan. Instead of telling me no, she took a PVC cutter from a display and led me back to the front of the store.She, along with the help of another young lady, cut the PVC into the sizes that I needed, and I was able to get them into my sedan, bring them home, and build my tabletop greenhouse. I will always shop at Home Depot.

Went to this Home Depot because I happened to be in the area. Needed a specific saw, first attendant checked the floor and found nothing, found the item myself two aisles over. Asked for assistance on the aisle. No response. Assistance called three times by my request over PA. No response. Had to beckon for another rep to come by he looked at the item and said they needed a Bally to retrieve it. Had to go find someone, rep was found. He looked at the item and said he would be back to get it. We were standing in the aisle for 30 minutes (kid you not). Looked to see where he went. Found him making a key. I’m sure 10 reps can make a key but only one can work this machine. Needless to say it was a complete waste of time to wait this long for an item I had to find on my own. I won’t be coming back to this location. A complete disorganized mess and doesn’t give HD a good name.

Very poor customer service for electrical. Literally Waited for 30 minutes to get a wire out of the cage. And another 15 min to bring down a wire from upper shelf. Wasted 45 min.

Mary Christie was very patient with my friends. She is professional, knowledgeable. They were only planning to look and compare. They did not think about buying anything. But Mary showed so much genuine care for us (and other customers we saw her help) that they trusted her and purchased. Very patient with people / customers that don't speak English. Please share all this comment with Mary. She also has great leadership with other co-workers - we saw that.

I ordered lumbers for a project that needed to be done at my house. On the scheduled delivery day driver arrives and was missing parts of my order. He made a call and indicated that I will be receiving a separate delivery later on that afternoon. After waiting all afternoon I decided to call customer service and upon making the call I found out that part of my order got cancelled because they did not have lumber at the store I ordered it from. I personally visited the Gilroy store to make the order. salesperson at the time of order has already told me that that part of the order will be coming from Santa Cruz store because it was not available at the Gilroy store. I had to go back to the store and had to reorder the missing lumber again and was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. I get a message stating that they have to reschedule the delivery on these 16 feet long lumber because it needed to be delivered on a different truck due to the length of the lumber. They should have known this at the time when they scheduled delivery!!! now I have to wait another 3 days for delivery!!!Extremely disappointed!!!

I've been trying to get this branch to answer the phone and decided to just let it ring until someone picked up. After about 30 rings I gave up. I've done this several times, it's 11 on a Friday
