I came in today because my little baby accidentally broke her iPad screen, and I was honestly worried it would be a long and stressful process. Instead, I had an amazing experience.
The technician was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He fixed the iPad so quickly, and the quality of the repair was excellent. Not only was I relieved and happy, but my daughter was absolutely thrilled to have her iPad back so fast.
Thank you for the great service and for making a stressful situation turn into a very positive one. I highly recommend this shop!

I’m from San Jose but work in Morgan hill I used to be a long time Customer, but I switched to a company called CPR and then they closed so then I thought of giving this one a chance I don’t know the gentleman‘s name. I think it was Harry or something. I don’t remember he did not provide great customer service and I looked at these reviews and they look off like fake .
So be careful if you leave your phone I wouldn’t leave it with the password 😭 This guy does not have good prices . He is too expensive so I didn’t go with this guy . Be careful don’t get scammed

I had an amazing experience with J.B Fix this week that I thought I would share. My daughter's screen has been slowly breaking on her Samsung S20 for a good 2 years now. This week was the week when the phone completely lost its ability to function normally (or at all, really).
I tried making an appointment with one phone repair vendor down the street from me in Gilroy and they had no availability until mid January to even look at the phone. I booked an appointment with another vendor nearby and had no one even show up for the phone repair at the scheduled date and time.
Enter: J.B fix.
J.B fix had availability instantly the day I called. The only reason they could not complete the repair on my daughter's phone the day I brought it in for repair (within 30 minutes of calling) was because the phone needed a special Verizon-only screen that he does not normally stock on hand. Either way: this business had it all sorted out within a day of my engaging with them from ordering the screen, taking my deposit, and repairing the phone in just under 1.5 hours from the time of drop-off at the shop.
In short: this business is amazing and it deserves my 5 star review and all of the other 5 star reviews it has received in the course of business here in Gilroy. I would highly recommend your using this shop for this type of service.

I had a very good experience at JB Fix. Harry got my screen replace within 30 minutes. Since I was on hurry, so I offered to pay extra to get my phone done as soon as possible. However, Harry got my phone done so quick without charging me extra even though I want to pay because he provided such a good service. Really nice and knowledgeable phone repair technician. Definitely will come to him when I have phone’s trouble. Highly recommend.
