Shop at this location a few times a year while passing through Gilroy. Most recent trip, I was helped by Monica. She went above and beyond in checking inventory, giving practical advice, and ensuring I tried on the items in my size. Really appreciated her help. Her valuable advice was the best I had ever received at any Lululemon store.

Had a positive time shopping at Lululemon. A staff member named Ide helped me out and she was amazing! Super sweet and really made the whole thing easier for me and my daughters. She found the right sizes for all of us and just made everything feel smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the deals were actually really good, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely appreciate the good vibes will for sure be coming back.

Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Lots of parking on week days. Unable to tell you what it's like on weekends. They run great manager specials, you just don't know what they are going to be.

I cannot begin to express my absolute love and gratitude for this store! Immediately, I was greeted and felt welcomed. Monica, who is an absolute treasure, showed me all the special deals for the day (which were an absolute steal) I took my time shopping- it is a huge store- very organized & clean as well!!! I want to say a special thank you to this store for making my trip to California so special! Visiting this store was certainly the highlight for me & I'm happy to have so many new lulu items to bring back home with me! ♥️

The Lululemon outlet in Gilroy is my favorite outlet in CA. It is clean, organized, has a wide variety of inventory, has plenty of parking and has amazing staff! Everyone who works there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fashionable, kind and friendly. The customer service is outstanding! Kylie, Monica, Iris, Leslie, Ava, Marcin, Danelle, Jordan and so many more staff there are amazing! I highly recommend shopping at this outlet!

This used to be my favorite store. They ruined it by getting rid of the QR code for daily sale. I also can't stand that one staff there who is being obnoxiously stingy with bags. Seriously?! I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Livermore Lulu outlet where they have the QR code and decent service. This place has completely gone downhill.
