Meineke Gilroy is an extremely trustworthy auto-shop that I was lucky to find near my area. Bill is absolutely the bestttt and straightforward with pricing/parts. He went above and beyond with my car. I also appreciate the detailed explanation of the questions I had too! Very patient. I inquired about cleaning my left headlight since it was tarnished yellow and instead of charging for a full replacement, which was suggested by other auto shops, Bill's team did a fill on cleaning with their solutions/tools and it looks brand new! I now have perfect crystal clear headlight covers thank you so much! It's the details that matter and they take care of each customer here. Very easy to talk to about parts and get things done here with trust/ease. And they were so fast. I was expecting a few days for all my work but it was done in a few hours. Impressively organized team here. Thank you Bill and team!!

The service was good and Bills a great guy. But im upset at how expensive they are just to do front breaks and rotors on a F150 cost me 660$ and not even including a break bleed . I could have done jt myself for way less..and I would have if it wasnt for me needing it done asap. So I bit the bullet on the price but I probably wont be going back. Cant afford that kind of costs.

Bill has been very accommodating and very trustworthy. He does a great job. He finds the problem first and does the estimate fairly. He explained what had to be done. Great explanation! Paid reasonably of their job well done. My cars Honda Civic and Subaru had been very well taken cared of ever since I came here. Salute to the honesty and integrity of this management. Had a very good recent experience. Went in for an oil change and ended up needing new brake calipers and pads. Price was reasonable and Bill, the owner, was very efficient in making sure it was done in a timely manner. This was the second time I've used them for service and will plan on using them consistently in the future. As a note, the brake job was not an "upsell", I truly needed new brakes and was glad they noticed as I'm heading out of town this weekend with my camping trailer and it would have been a very bad situation if they hadn't pointed it out. Bill's concern was for mine and the truck's safety, not making another sell.
