The framing manager ( I think his name was Mateo) at this store is completely self absorbed. He does not care for his customers. I went in to get my photos framed on my lunch break without much time to spare. I waited 10 minutes standing beside the desk for him to help me while he blasted music so loud my ears hurt. After he finally noticed me standing there with my photos he rudely gestured for me to come over. He asked me what kind of frame I wanted and when I told him I wasn't sure what kind and what size I need and asked for some guidance, he got visibly frustrated with me for asking him questions. I ended up leaving and will come back another time. Hopefully someone else will be there to help my experience be more enjoyable. He isn't helpful at all and expects you to know everything about frames when you talk to him. Very condescending. I also heard him yelling into his microphone, I am assuming at the employees. I got the pleasure of meeting two of their cashiers and they were sweethearts. They helped me out quickly and helped answer questions I had about sewing needles. I don't think customers nor employees deserve to be treated poorly by this individual.

One of my very favorite stores on the globe! I do a lot of crafts, and this is the place! Knit a lot...Their yarns are amazing... quality and price .. the best! I do tie dying, and you can't beat the price and quality of their tshirts... wide range of colors in shirts and dyes!

Thank you to Isabella and Isabella (yes two of them!) both working at Michaels. One in framing center, and the other in the general store. Thanks for being patient to listen to us, helping us find a solution within our budget.

I'm trying to be crafty with my review but right now I am seeing RED and its not paint! I went in to purchase an item that this store said they had in stock. I was reluctant to return to this location as in previous visits to try and be artsy have been meet with racists actions by the cashier. I decided this time to stay the course and look for the item myself, I figured the less interaction with the staff the better. I looked all over the store for the item and finally I had to breakdown and ask for help. The associate said of these items are in this isle, but when we arrived they were not. So we she went and got someone else to help. This associate said we do have the items but I don't know where they are, can you call us alter and ask for the item. UM I'm standing right in front of you, but you want me to leave the store and call you to ask you the same question? Yes is what I was told. So I asked can I speak to a manager? So the supposed manager came out and told me the same thing. So I asked can I leave my name and number and get a call when the items are found? The crafty manager said NO I DON'T DO THAT! As he turned on his heel to leave me standing there I asked what is your name? Without even turning around he said Mateo, I then asked are you the store manage, YES! Well come to find out after I called customer service Mateo is not the store manager! Not only was he rude, dismissive and clearly not manager material but he lied. I spoke to the manager on the phone and they said they would call me with in 24 hours to let me know if they find the items. Not only as this yet another bad crafty experience but the store was a mess, boxes and cart loads of stuff everywhere. This store is just as trashy as its employees that were encountered today!
