Charging exorbitant prices to put a canvas on a wooden frame that you can't even see is one thing. But having staff who, once you tell them it's too expensive, don't even want to put the canvas back in its case after they've undone it themselves is unprofessional and shows the little regard this person has for the customer.

My only problem with Michael's is that they did not give my wife a time limit to shop and she would have been there for hours!
They should have smaller carts with transport timers on them. ! ????????????

The framing manager ( I think his name was Mateo) at this store is completely self absorbed. He does not care for his customers. I went in to get my photos framed on my lunch break without much time to spare. I waited 10 minutes standing beside the desk for him to help me while he blasted music so loud my ears hurt. After he finally noticed me standing there with my photos he rudely gestured for me to come over. He asked me what kind of frame I wanted and when I told him I wasn't sure what kind and what size I need and asked for some guidance, he got visibly frustrated with me for asking him questions. I ended up leaving and will come back another time. Hopefully someone else will be there to help my experience be more enjoyable. He isn't helpful at all and expects you to know everything about frames when you talk to him. Very condescending. I also heard him yelling into his microphone, I am assuming at the employees. I got the pleasure of meeting two of their cashiers and they were sweethearts. They helped me out quickly and helped answer questions I had about sewing needles. I don't think customers nor employees deserve to be treated poorly by this individual.

Miguel provided excellent customer service. I came in to shop and had a discussion with Miguel about a UPS package I needed to ship in my car. He said bring it in I can ship it for you if it has a barcode scan! Great service at 8pm. Thanks Miguel ?
