Painted Star Equestrian is a premier lesson facility focusing on western riding. Specializing in Gymkhana, Barrel racing, and Trail Riding our program can take your riding skills to the next level. We have the experience to bring out the confidence and skills you need to be an amazing rider. We work with students to create a compassionate and educational environment. Students will also learn the basics of horse nutrition, veterinary care, and natural horsemanship. Take your equine interest to the next level and come ride with us!
My girl introduced me to Shannen and her horses. I’m a novice rider and Shannen made sure we didn’t do anything that was over my comfort level. Enjoyed the experience a lot and hopefully one day, we can take our child to experience the same.

Shannen and the team at Painted Star are amazing. My daughter started riding about a year and a half ago and has fell in love with riding and horses. She loves the lessons and the other fun events that Painted Star offers.

My daughter Morgan has enjoyed years of horseback riding lessons at Painted Star. The staff is professional and friendly. The barn is welcoming. We plan on many more years to come
