As of currently April 2024 I went to petsmart and we went to the beta fish sections and they didn’t have a lot of water in the cup it was half full we asked twice to fill them up and they didn’t listen to us

DO NOT go there for veterinary services. The vet had a sarcastic attitude, and I kept trying to sell other services that I wasn't interested in. ? Microchip your dog. I said no, well, if your dog ever escapes you'll never see him again. (Laughing) which I didn't appreciate the sarcasm

I called ahead of time because a uvb bulb that I got for my bearded dragon went out 2 days after I bought it. I didn’t have the box or receipt and I bought the original bulb in Campbell. Gilroy was the only place nearby that had the bulb in stock, Santa Cruz location kept telling me to call back later. The lady on the phone didn’t seem enthused about the exchange, but since I used my Treats account, that were able to look up the order and exchange the bulb for me. 4 stars because it’s a typical Petsmart, but the employees were able to help me exchange a product that I didn’t have the box or receipt for
