If you're looking for a new vet, you've found it! Princevalle has gone beyond for me and my pets. I have seen every single doctor they have, each doctor is caring, loving and treat the pet as their own. I believe their pricing is fair yet competitive and their front staff is always there to hold a hand, be supportive when shedding a tear. I can't say enough good things about this vet, bottom line if you're looking for a doctor who genuinely care about your pet and their life, go to Princevalle.

We have taken two of our pets here so far and have had amazing experiences! They are caring, kind and the staff treats the patients as one of their own. So so so happy we found them!

I have been very happy with the care that my dog gets at this veterinarian clinic! Dr. Fitzgerald is the best! The staff at the veterinary clinic is very professional and efficient and I would highly recommend!

Honestly I cannot begin to say enough good things about Princevalle Pet Hospital. The care and kindness they have shown my cat is just beyond words! Appointments have been super easy to get and the whole staff is just amazing. Dr Igeta is super nice and kind and the one veterinary technician (I do not know his name, sadly) but he is just the nicest guy ever! Always cuddles and comforts my cat during exams and just treats and handles him so gently. Thank you staff of Princevalle

We have been going to Princevalle forever, through many animals. They truly love animals, and have always given us excellent treatment, and service. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

They constantly changed the start time of my appointments after scheduling them 4 weeks in advance. Today was the 2nd time I was late for an appointment due to staff miscommunication. Each time, the person at the front desk booked the incorrect time that I requested, and the other times the person calling to confirm my appointment the day before told me the appointment was a different time which was an hour off; making me late. My recommendation is if you come here, call the day of to confirm your appointment time and get a card with your appointment time written on it to show as proof whenever they mess up. Staff at the front desk needs further training on their scheduling system or this location needs an upgraded system that allows your staff to view and schedule appointments easily. Needless to say, I won't be coming here again.

They do not answer their phone and do not return phone calls, even after leaving several messages trying to make an appointment.

I recently moved out of the area, but I would HIGHLY recommend this vet! I currently have 5 animals and they all were seen by the vets at this practice. All of the staff are very compassionate and friendly. I took my animals there for 10 years! I was really sad to have to change vets to be honest with you, because they always took such good care of my animal's needs! I really enjoyed working with Dr. Fisher, Laura, TJ, Leslie, Kyle...sorry I don't remember everyone's names. Thank you to everyone that was SO nice to me every time I came in there because I was a frequent flyer :) Keep up the great customer service!! I will miss you guys!

The powers that be who run this business still live in the year 2019 and have not learned about the updated information about masks and how useless they are. They are requiring mandatory mask wearing for all patrons. When I called to make an appointment for my pup the lady on the phone said I have to wear a mask upon entering their facility and when I explained to her that I'm healthy with no illnesses and have no concerning health risks that effect others she insisted that I need to wear a mask because other patrons are sick and me wearing a mask will prevent me from getting sick. I couldn't cancel my appointment fast enough. I don't rely on my dog's doctor to be responsible for my health and even if I did I don't believe a silly cloth over my mouth will prevent any germs from entering my body.

Great vets. Run by women. Not thrilled that they're now a VCA business however. They're always super busy, so plan ahead, if possible! It may take a few weeks to get in.

This business is not fully staffed . wait times are horrific.They take so log to finally been seen. The staff is also very sensitive if you complained about anything. Won't go back there!

The BEST vet and team ever! Both of our dogs go here and they actually enjoy their visits every time. Dr.Igeta is my favorite because she's sweet and considerate with my pups. Wesley is the BEST tech EVER! Will literally engage with my dogs on the ground. My dogs always feel loved here and it makes me so happy as a dog mom to see others love them as much as I do. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly idk how this hospital got negative reviews. I've got nothing but great things and customer service here. I even think they're better than the vet I used to go to in Los Angeles before I moved to NorCal. They are so patient with my questionsand courtious, they call asap whenever my doggies need an appointment. I got two huskies and they're a handful. I love how you can easily access your pet records online and shows their next vaccines/checkup so I know when to schedule it. I never had that at the last vet I took my dogs before. The male vet tech (I'm terrible with names) is awesome. I never said this to you but you are a hard worker handling these doggies for their care and I commend you. I also love the fact that this pet hospital you can text them and they answer. I'm always at work so it's hard to answer phone calls and texts are much easier for me.
