I went over from from home as a walk in, encountered the automated check in system who stated all available appointments for the day were full. While looking at my phone to find an open appointment, an employee came out and called my name. The automation was following a program while the human recognized she could fit me in between appointments. Outstanding customer service from that employee.

I’ve been waiting here for an hour, with no end in sight. They have called back people whose appointment times are not for another few hours, they have called back people who have arrived after me, they have called back people whose names are not even on the list. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. Absolutely do not waste your time at this location, you can get better service literally anywhere else.

I had an appointment at Wren Ave on Gilroy. When I got there a sign on the door said it was closed because it was understaffed. I never received a notice of that so I had to go to the No Name Uno facility in Gilroy. My appointment wasn't considered so I had standby and had to wait over an hour. It changed my other appointments that day.
Quest Labs has been great before this. Poor communication this time.

Quest has awesome phlebotomists, they have clean rooms, a helpful staff and conveniently located. Just need to have a functioning check in kiosk.

It was a quick visit. I had to wait less that 5 minutes and the check in was very easy for me( It may be different for others, but I just got a message on my phone on the time for my appointment , clicked a buttton and I was registered. I am a recurrent customer) The employee was very polite and helpful. He was also a skilled one, it din't even hurt when I got my blood draw. I am very satisfied!

When you have an appointment I have never waited for more than 5-10 minutes. The tec was fast and courteous. The only concern I have is that I was told that you are closing uno location and wren will be the only location in Gilroy, if that's the case it will be terrible because wren only has two rooms and they are slammed. There is always a wait even with an appointment.

Hadn’t been here in about a year. Tried to make an appt online but it was wonky. I knew I could walk in though. I was really ill when I had to have labs done and when I walked in and saw the self check in I was not happy. I just didn’t have the patience. But! I was extremely pleased with the ease of it all. Just don’t forget your ID or Insurance card. Super easy. Super quick. I probably didn’t wait even 10 minutes. With no appt. Angelina did my blood work and she was so sweet. Super soft spoken and made it a very pleasant experience. Lovely staff.

I wish all medical offices had a check-in technology like Quest. Most offices still stuck in the 1980's. Also, I regret not getting her name, but the Phlebotomist was very nice and engaging and made my son feel very comfortable.

Over 30 minutes waiting for a scheduled appointment & it was going to be longer. If someone is to take a lunch, thats understandable but why do you have slots available for said time if there isn’t going to be someone there to assist. Completely inconsiderate of people’s time
