Went in to cash my check and the Hispanic lady kept looking at me like I was trying to commit fraud. Kept looking at my account and asking me all sorts of ridiculous questions. The white lady in the back was also on the phone talking about other customers. Never going there again

Very very bad Mean customer service i when there to cash a check from there bank they Refuse too give my money saying we have no money in bank very route manager I mean branch manager and two teller very very rude conceited peoples ?

I have been coming to this branch for 2 years now, and since the beginning I have had the most friendliest customer service I have ever had at a bank. The banker who opened my acct Jasmine was the best very helpful and answered all my questions. The tellers are also Great! Jose and Maria always go above and beyond. I refer everyone I know all the time.

I dont recommended this bank, they charge a fee for every thing, I deposited a check and take more than two week to be clear..... After I made this comment the manager closed my account and also sent someone to spy on my business, she argued that I had missing documents, I went and gave them to her, and she did not want to redo the account the tellertold me to go to Bank of America she was angry with me

Robert took me step by step through the phone application and helped me setup it all up and explained all my questions in great detail. I left Rabobank informed, setup for direct deposits, and even a savings withdrawl. Thank you Robert I am now a satisified Rabo bank customer.
