They had mh BMW for over 3 and a half months. They never fixed or even figured out the problem. Then charged me $460 and the only thing they did was an oil change filling it with syn. type of oil without asking me and it had an oil change the day before they got it. NEVER GO THERE.

Took it in for a check engine light where they spent 15min to give the wrong diagnoses and charged me an hour $225 without giving me a quote for a repair on a $2 part. So I dealt with it myself.

If you are looking for an honest and professional mechanic. This is your place! They’ve always been upfront and honest about what needs to be done and what is required. It’s hard to find now a days this type of service! Have had multiple vehicles here and it always done in a professional timely manner. High recommended!

It is a review long due. Karen and George are the most patient people. Their can do attitude is why my car can be saved. My car had another shop installed wrong fuel injectors causing terrible running rich problem. Although Redman's didn't pick up the issue (as I told them the injectors have been replaced), they did all the possible checks looking into different avenues, and patiently work with me to try various parts to get the car to run again. The temporarily fix at least get me on the road again the finally find someone to catch the problem.

After being told by a few other shops that they didn't even have time to look at my trucks problem while on a road trip on a Friday, we got so lucky to pull into Redman Automotive. We met Karen, and her being the angel she is started making miracles happen. She and her crew diagnosed the problem, they happened to have a the parts because of a previous job, and got me on the road within a few hours. Absolutely amazing in every way. Cost was very reasonable, the truck runs great, and it obvious they really cared.

Ever felt robbed by a mechanic? Sadly my first experience with this place made it completely understandable that it's possible for that to happen. Not only am I out of almost $200 for a diagnostic that obviously wasn't accurate being left broken down on the side of the road after leaving this shop being told my car had no issues. I literally called for help and reached a disconnected line. Unable to report these issues until after the weekend only to find out they were too busy to take my car back in yet and that I had to pay for another diagnostic. I ask when would be a good time to come down and speak to the mechanic personally I was told he was unavailable and unable to chat. Insane!! When I finally reached the point to bring it back I called and explained I had already discovered a few codes that came up before I had ever taken the car in and I knew what my vehicle actually needed, I was then given an attitude and being bullied into an argument I obviously lost and was turned away told they didn't want to work on my car after all. Shockingly I happen to be a business owner myself along with relatives who have businesses and we know customer service is key. Thank you Karen for showing me your lack of respect and support unknowingly treating me as nobody. Keep the $ and have a happy holiday from everyone that will being seeing this post and to all I will spread the good news to about your wonderful shop I'll never see again. My vehicle will be in better hands as of today. Shame on you! There are families out here struggling to make ends meet and it's people like you who really need the help. Good luck! You'll need every bit of it smh

We were driving on highway 101 from Monterey to Vancouver, our dashboard sensor pop up saying transmission temp. high. We stopped for 15 minutes and the sensor went away. Just to be safe... we wanted to double check so we called 6 places for help, no shop was available to accept walk in due to busy holiday season. We happen to pass by Redman and the owner ( Karen) was so understanding and helpful, she immediately helped us knowing we are on a tight schedule trying to drive back to Canada. Thank you so so so much Karen and the mechanic who checked for us. God bless you ? and may you and your family have a wonderful new year !!!
