Whenever I go they have good customer service but seem as you are going to steal . The manager Rocio is very rhude and it seems like she is only watching you to see if you steal

I went in not knowing a single thing about box dye. The customer service gal was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. She made sure to tell me about the deals/sales too without pushing it on me! I need to go back for more color! I love my new color!
