“Very nice and clean facility. It is very large and a relatively new building. It's very convenient to enter through the gates with your code, and the storage spaces are easily accessible as well. They offer dollys to help you with your move. The majority of the staff is very pleasant, polite and very professional. It was a very speedy process to rent the storage space. There is one staff member that may be the manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. Other than that, it's a great place!”

“You know, there are times when contrast is an important and clarifying experience. I have had storage with Public, Extra Space in Union City and Santa Cruz, as well as many throughout the Continental North American regions. I have to say that Santa Cruz has really driven home just how responsive,caring, engaging, willing to be flexible, self critical, and fair the management has been from start to finish despite some rough feeling moments. For that alone, I can go early see no other rating than a 5 star, and a request to get a color study done for a complimentary oil pastel painting for their own! The staff was friendly and chatty without getting cold, reasonable and willing to listen. Compared to Santa Cruz, I find myself actually missing them and thinking about them often lately. Le sigh. You never know when you have a diamond, but the lumps of coal are DIRTY! THANK YOU GSSD! I believe I shall send some folks your way!”

“Super smooth and easy to confirm they had room for my travel trailer. Shirley checked my paperwork and had me parked in my spot within 30 minutes. Pricing is good for the area (I called two major chain storage companies in the area that offer travel trailer/RV storage and they were both quoting me above $250 per month!). Lot is clean with clear regulate maintenance, easy in/out, and quick to the freeway. Highly recommend!”
