“Butterfield Self-Storage is a brand new, state-of-the-art, super clean and neat facility, with somewhat affordable prices. Mateo, the resident property manager, is attentive and helpful. I just moved into the facility a few days ago. Right after I dropped off a final batch of things to put in my storage space, Mateo called me within a minute of my departure to let me know that I had not exactly locked my padlock on the door properly. Now, that’s service! Love that guy and this wonderful user-friendly place! (They even give customers access to a bathroom on site.) Nice!”

Any time I need a receipt it is promptly given to me either by email or mailed directly to my address. I have never had any issues with extra or high fees - ever. The staff is wonderful and friendly - always there to be helpful and with a smiling face. They make you feel like extended family.”
