Regina and her staff are great. They can help select items, mix paint, give you the best deal and even put the paint in your car. When I ran short, I called and ordered over the phone and it was ready in 10 minutes when I arrived. Fantastic experience.

This was my second trip to SW. the first time my husband and myself had such lazy worker we just walked out and went right next door to KM paint store. So I'm having my house painted today and needed to pick one last color, my painter told me to go to SW so I went even though I didn't like the service I got last time. And yet again I received very little help even though I was the only person in the store. I will never shop there again (the gilroy store) worst customer service ever. Go 2 doors down to Kelly Moore they are very helpful

Top notch, wonderful customer service at this store. We started out with Sherwin-Williams when flipping homes down south as there were not many paint stores available. We couldn't be happier with our choice as Sherwin-Williams is all over the US. That alone really helps when finding the same exact paint for touching up. I can't tell you how many times we've wasted money on going into a Lowe's or Home Depot and bringing a sample and letting their machine match it only to get back to the house and not have it completely match up. With all the variety and choices of colors you can't go wrong here. With the experience and knowledge the employees offer at this Gilroy location as we know we're in good hands. Thank you!

They advertise faux painting ideas but when you decide that's what you want and you get everything prepared your left being disappointed because the store in Gilroy told me they dont even carry the product then tells me I can check their other stores to see if they do but she doesnt think they do. WOW! Maybe you shouldn't advertise things you cant do.

Service depends on the day of the week. I went in to look for colors for a specific project. The person working was very helpful and offered to pull color chips if I needed them after using the new app at home. Fast forward to a few days later...I selected the paint color I want and also need another color that I already have a partial gallon. I took the existing paint and my paint chip in to the store. The paint was from the painter who painted the interior of my home a couple of years ago. The painter purchased the paint from KM, the paint can was clearly labeled with the mixture and the paint color and you could easily tell the finish of the paint. The person working today could not find the paint color in the computer under KM or SW, said she would have to TRY to match it. Whoa, isn't that what they do? While she was attempting her color match, I googled the paint color, I know, pretty innovative, found the paint color brand and relayed it to her. Then she asked me again what finish I wanted. I said I wanted the same finish as the paint in the can. Which was clearly labeled. This was a difficult task. This encounter was aggravating Finally, in frustration, I said that she clearly didn't want my business and left. Two gallons of expensive paint walked out the door. Tomorrow when KM opens I will go buy my paint. It seriously should not be so difficult. As I stated at the start of my review, the service depends on the day of the week. Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Too bad. We usually prefer SW paints, but now we will go to KM. I wonder if this is a franchise or corporate location?

Customer Service in this store is HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. The Store Manager Regina is awful and offers no assistance or guidance. I took paint in to find something comparable. I needed a ceiling paint and she basically said she could not help me because she didn't know what paint my builder used. Once I picked something she said it would be an hour to match the color. WAIT...it takes Lowe's 5 minutes. She then said she would call me when it was ready and 4 hours later I drive over to the store hoping it was done because I never received a phone call. I took the paint home and the color was way off. I was so frustrated I went to Lowe's and there on the shelf was a ceiling paint. I don't understand why the ceiling paint SW offers was not recommended to me. I already submitted my complaint to corporate and received a refund for my paint I just want everyone to know how horrible this store is. I will be taking my business to Morgan Hill.
