Update: still waiting for Sleep Number to refund my friend. Have made a complaint to the BBB and so far they hide behind the signature on what they called a receipt that is actually a contract stating the customer agrees to all the conditions that the sale people don't say anything about. Including that adjustable bases are final sale/no returns. Very deceptive. Sneaky is another adjective that they have earned.

We bought a 360 bed today and can't wait for it to be delivered. Our salesperson "Ten", yes that's her name. She was wonderful, she was so knowledgeable about all the beds, answered all our questions and most of all her personality was a ten+. Ten was very sweet throughout the whole process, not pushy and made sure we tested out all the beds. If you need a new bed go to the Sleep Number in Gilroy, CA and ask for "Ten". Thanks "Ten" my husband and I appreciated the attentiveness you gave us and thanks for making our shopping experience a good one.

First of all, I have had nothing but great experiences shopping at this store. From when I first bought our bed 2 years ago, to each time I've needed to purchase linens/bedding, I have been helped by wonderful staff. The most recent visits, I have been assisted by Ten, a knowledgeable, dedicated, & professional employee who answered my questions & allayed my concerns. I felt Ten truly had my best interests at heart. I have appreciated our purchase experience of the bed from the outset & am certain other customers will be just as happy with theirs.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It made the bed buying experience fun! Even though the internet had issues the day we were there and it took a very long time to check out, it was still so worthwhile to buy the bed at this store and support local businesses.

Adam was amazing got my phone order in hes the one you ask for or set up an appointment to see him im sure he's very busy . He took care of all my needs with the P5 bed I wanted while I lay in bed doing an online order beimg lazy watching football I apprecaite he handled my order with bed pillows sheets bed cover ? with my financing I love credit! im already seeing myself in the bed I can't wait! Thank you Adam making it easy ? with the phone order I will send my family and friends his way

Ten was great, but the company itself doesn’t deliver their promise of delivery dates or give the truth about what has happened to your bed. Difficult to get a hold of someone from the company for questions. Image once your bed fails and your stuck between the mattress lol. You’ll be stuck waiting online for a human to answer the phone. It was disappointing what we had to go thru. Don’t buy sleep number they are “backed up due to the hurricane back east”. Sleep number needs to stop selling unless they can “deliver”.

I never thought that I would say, “I enjoyed my mattress buying experience,” but that is exactly what happened. Ten was excellent and helped us decide on the right mattress. We never felt pressured or “sold to.” I would recommend checking out the Gilroy Sleep Nimber bed to anyone — it was a great experience.

DO NOT go to Gilroy, Ca. My husband and I bought a bed that almost cost of $10,000 in April and unfortunately the bed didn’t work out. We were never told that the base was final sale. After further research I found the information located on the website. If we would’ve known we would lose $4,000 if the bed didn’t work we would’ve made a different decision. We were told we can return NO QUESTIONS ASKED. When I called Gilroy and spoke to the sales rep “Ten” today she said she told us and we signed terms. Extremely rude and HUNG UP on me. Completely unacceptable and Poor service. Especially for spending this kind of money.

If there was a below zero rating I would choose this one. My husband & I purchased a bed from Ten in April and she was super kind at the time of the sale. Unfortunately the bed didn't work out for us so we called to have it returned only to be advised the base was a final sale. We were NEVER told of this otherwise we would've reconsidered because the price of that is almost $4,000. Since then when I looked on their website it is noted but we should've been told this up front. When I called her to talk about it she was extremely rude and HUNG UP on me. Do yourself a favor & purchase your bed somewhere else. Complete unacceptable service.
