If I could give 0 stars I would. Went with the my BF to purchase a vehicle and it was horrible!! There is some short stubby Asian finance guy there who was rude and unprofessional with closing the deal. On the other hand, a guy names Anthony there was caught in between having to try to calm the situation down with the Asian guy and my bf. Conversation got heated as to how the finance guy managed the situation on trying to seal the deal. In other words stop wasting his time and hurry up and sign. We still had questions but he was so rude. It was such a turnoff to have to talk to an imbecile. While we were dealing with the finance guy and poor anthony in the middle of this, the announcement came that the general manager quit and walked out. The place seems to be falling apart with staff. I don't recommend going there to even look for a vehicle. Please fire the Asian dude!!

I would like to update everyone with this car dealership,they are not honest or helpful I've been having problems with a 2016 Honda civic my son purchased here it has broken down 3 times since January of 2023 when we reached out to Ryan Brown the General Managerhe promised on the message and email to come to a solution to resolve the problem but I was stuck with the bill after the repair I would like for the owner of Gilroy Dodge Crysler Ram to contact me so I can personally explain the issue with this the car that doesn't turn on after we paid 1,400.00 for a brand new starter . I know we definitely were sold a Lemon so make sure you get a second inspection before buy a used car here!

Took my car in for a PCM flash and was greeted by May Tango. She was friendly and welcoming as she was covering for my "scheduled" service advisor Mya Neric as she was training a new cashier.After my check in, Mya was extremely welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. She was great to work with as I waited for my car. I did notice she was handling multiple customers at once with ease. She even had to deal with a "card system issue" while customers like myself were trying to pay and leave. This inconvenience was resolved in a matter of minutes , which i was overall happy with my service regardless having to stay a little longer then anticipated. Mya even had to handle a "Karen" during the card system issue and Mya kept her cool while trying to explain to this "Karen" on options on how to pay.She handled a difficult customer very well as well other staff members during this awkward moment. Overall Mya and staff were great to work with and be around as everyone seem generally happy for a "Monday". Even my shuttle driver was great to ride earlier in the morning and I for sure come back again for vehicle needs.Thank you Gilroy Dodge and especially big thanks to Mya Neric and May Tango Service Advisors.

I was pretty disappointed after booking an appointment for some recalls and warranty work on my Wagoneer. I live in Morgan Hill and went all the way to Gilroy because Wagoneer Client Services advised me that this was a Wagoneer certified dealer and that they will honor the the 10 promises. One being a full detail on my vehicle after any service which never happen. When I ask my service advisor if he knew if this dealership was a Wagoneer Certified dealer he said he didn't know. These 10 Wagoneer promises are one of the perks that come with owning a Wagoneer but so far it's been a sham! I gave 2 stars for completing the work same day but that's all. I'll just stick to my local dealer next time at least they try even though they aren't a certified Wagoneer dealer.

IF I can save you time and a headache DO NOT buy , trade or sell here! Ive had my car for about a month now and various problems are wrong with the car which I know can be fixed but the real problem is it has now been 2 weeks since I’ve reached out to salesman, service and even there “brother store across the street” and I still haven’t received a call to get me a rental set up to fix my car. Very NICE people especially when you need to get into a new car of course. Hope my review helps you steer towards a better dealership to make you a happy customer.

My wife purchased a car from this dealer in March for her younger sister who started college, come to find out the dealership never provided a second key for the car and to this day has not provided a second key for the car. I don’t know what kind of a business you are running, shame on you for picking on a young woman and providing a subpar customer service.

I would like to thank my service advisor Jason for his outstanding service. He was very professional and did an amazing job working through a busy Saturday. The service tech was also very thorough and did a great job on my vehicle. I never caught his name but I appreciate everyone in the service department for doing such a great job. Thanks again, I look forward to my next service here.

I had the pleasure to work with Aracely, even though I didn’t buy a vehicle here, their customer service should be recognized. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through private party. She answered all my questions and send me a video of the truck before making the drive to Gilroy. I was able to test drive the vehicle and it was very clean. If I am ever in the market again, I will be looking to see what they have in their inventory.

Would NOT recommend. Ever buy something and immediately regret it. Lot of pressure and no Accommodations. The vehicle I purchased had none of the features that were listed he had. Beyond disappointing. Looking to get out of the Vehicle as soon as possible.

Shady. So last night i inquired online about a vehicle & in the morning i speak with the sales manager, Daniel, who showed his true colors by raising the price by $510, smh. Who does that kind of greedy shady business when there is an actual sale pending. Car was already overpriced & has questionable damage anyhow, glad i dont have to deal with this shadiness. Sad

This is the best Jeep dealership around. I tried the new Jeep dealership in morgan hill and had a terrible experience, but this one in Gilroy always delivers amazing service. Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has gone out of their way to save me money/ time on several occasions and the service staff (Riley Felice Specifically) are amazing to work with.

Complete waste of time. We drove 2 hours to see this advertised Tiguan r line only to show up in 100 degree weather just to find out this turd is a base model. Then the sales man that helps us tell us his used car manager does this type of stuff to generate interest in vehicles. Stay away from this place misleading people is a great way to do business.

Serviced our Jeep Cherokee, were done in one day, and even offer a shuttle service back and forth from the dealership. Courteous to the last employee. Awesome job!
