If you guys are looking for wifi please don't get spectrum. If you play any game your ping goes from 20 to 550 very quickly and i'm only a few inches away from the router which is crazy. Don't buy this wifi, it's not worth your money. Bring your business somewhere else.

First I get hit with an additional $110 increase with my bill, then when asked why it was like that: they simply put said “your promotion time is out and now you owe us $270 (for internet and basic tv)”. I asked if they can do anything and they said they cannot, so I cancelled. Then they said after I turned in all the equipment “you still owe us the full amount” no prorate no nothing. In the end I’m glad I cancelled. Only proves why they are not #1.

Customer service is a joke with Spectrum. The business account reps disappear once your installation is complete and good luck getting in touch with them once they've got you good and signed up. Apparently there are multiple departments within Spectrum and it's up to the customer to make sure any service appointments are set with the correct one. If not, they will cancel it and you can guess again. Absolute crap.

Order a beer and food 15 wings çelery dip. 40 minutes passed ask for5 my bill bartender set it down in front of me and walk a way food was on the bill I left $20.00. For my 2 beers I forgot to add the tax damit DON'T go their stay local BBW sucks

I Made an appointment for 1:20 today. Front door was locked. I called Spectrum 1-866-xxxxxxx. And asked why it was closed. They were located in OH and says it should be open. They couldn't call the manager of store. They were a call center. I went back at 2:30 and was still closed. There was NO Sign on front door saying it was closed or explanation of a locked front door. They were supposed to be open from 10- 8pm. Terrible experience!!!!!

Overall, in the past 6 years that we've had Spectrum business, we've encountered minimal disruptions with the Internet so this rating is placed heavily on their inability to serve businesses with multiple locations. As a business owner, I am not familiar with the difference between a S&B and Enterprise account - all I want is to access all my accounts and make the same changes if I wanted to. The way my accounts have been set up have complicated what seems like a simple request. Spectrum doesn't seem to have a mechanism to tie accounts together nor train customer service reps to ask. Each account is treated as it's own. Additionally, I was just told that they no longer offer hotspot for guests; only if you are grandfathered in on an old account because it requires a certain router they no longer carry. Despite the fact that I have 4 accounts with Spectrum, the customer service rep did not or could not provide alternate solutions. I asked if the only option was to find a different Internet provider, and he made no effort to try to keep me as a customer. I wasn't looking for a discount - I was looking for expert advice.

Two 1/2 hour calls to customer service and still unable to cancel. two trips to return equipment and they will not accept it. NEVER AGAIN. time wasters

I called spectrum to see if there’s anything promotions and they had bad customer service . She told me there’s no promotions and if I want to look somewhere else go ahead, they don’t care about the customer and the service was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I feel spectrum doesn't want to work with the customers. Their customer service is horrible. I asked for approval any there's any promotions there she said there's nothing she could do for me and if I want to look somewhere else go ahead I felt that they were rude and it's unsatisfying that a business like that doesn't care about the customers.

I had the most awesome experience with Elaina. Sorry Girl if I spelled that wrong. I love her patience she had and took her time to make sure I understood everything we walked thru together from plans to billing. And we were able to squeeze into a budget. She was very respectful and relatable, plus her amazing energy. She definitely provided excellent service with a smile. We even shared a few laughs.

I came in to return my hardware and I was expecting a lengthy wait, like I've experienced with Xfinity, and was surprised that Eric at the Gilroy location had me out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Eric, for your expertise! I loved my experience with Spectrum and I'm sad about moving out of the area.
