“Yesterday my husband needed a tow. We called AAA and they sent out a tow truck from San Jose. Unfortunately the tow company wouldn't do it because it was considered a "recovery" problem given the location and dangerous circumstances of my husbands truck. He was near Uvas reservoir and had spotty cell service and we were having difficulty getting anyone else to do it. I was able to call Braccos towing and they sent out Jerry to pull the truck out. The company did an amazing job of going over and above to help us during a stressful situation. Jerry attempted and successfully did what other tow companies would not even try.”
