The quite a few of the lady's in there are super sweet and helpful and every time ive gone I've always gotten help and sweet and helpful advice, and thank you to the very sweet curly hair employee who helped me look at nails.she was so sweet!!! Amazing at her job!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from an employee named Ale.
She took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect products and preferences. Ale was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and was able to answer all of our questions with ease.
I was extremely impressed with Ale's customer service skills and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience at Ulta. Thank you, Ale!

I love the hair service here and Eddie is AMAZING! Don't walk,run and make your next hair appointment with Eddie, he will make you look and feel beautiful! I drive all the way from mountain view just to get my hair cut,colored and styled by Eddie and it's 10000% worth the drive!

I've never had any issues here, each time I come in I am greeted and asked I need any help. In my experience they are nicer than the workers at the nearby Sephora.

I initially came in to exchange a foundation I had ordered online in the wrong color. When I walked in, the woman at the registered called up a staff member for a color match. Jamie was the most helpful and kind employee ever! She steered me towards products that better suited my skin and needs, spent time trying out shades and discussing which options worked best for my lifestyle. Jamie was insanely knowledgeable and helpful. I am not using a product line I probably never would have tried, and I am sooo much happier with my new foundation and other makeup products. 10/10 working with Jamie and lancome!

Went there looking for some foundation the other day with my daughter and the young woman with dark brown hair at the register was so rude and was not helpful in any way just had a nasty attitude when I was asking her questions about the foundation

I made an online purchase and got the wrong item. purchased a lip balm ofor12.99and i got sent out an essence lip balm that is about $4.00. I was in Gilroy and decided to make the return at this location. I took my shipping receipt and my confirmation email and the manager decided that she was not going to help me. she asked me to call the shipping number that is on the receipt I am unsure as to why she could not return it if I had proof that i bought it online and i got sent the wrong item. I read the return policy and it says that as long as i have the email confirmation and the receipt they should have been able to help me. Now I feel dumb for spending almost $400.00 that day. One thing I know is that I am never coming back to this location.

I had such a pleasant time!! I was in quite a bit of a rush trying to buy a full face of makeup since I forgot my makeup right before my trip! Nelly really helped me find every item I needed! She made great recommendations and MiND you this is all during the madness of BLACK FRIDAY!! I later find out she's the store manager and it makes so much sense!!! She is a rock star! Super friendly, approachable, on her toes, product knowledgeable, AND still running the floor with her team while helping me (multitask queeeen!) Wow wow wow! I was in awe seeing her leadership skills. Store was also super clean and organized! Quick checkout with friendly cashier!

I had my hair done by Lindsey Vasquez. I would really recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist. I've gone to her a few times and each time I leave, I feel listened to, refreshed, she has a great eye for color, and the cut is always perfect. Shes very talented and definitely a keeper. It's also great that she's has me out always on time and she doesn't double book with her clients.
