Review just for dropoff. Really convenient to have them located inside of Michael’s (frequent the store often). The packages always have been received at their destinations without issue. No complaints!!

I ordered something expensive thinking this would be a safe location to have it delivered only to get there and have an associate tell me they didn’t have anything under my name when my package said delivered. On the ups tracking it said the package was received by someone named Morgan and when I asked the associate about it, they said nobody by the name of Morgan worked there but this wasn’t the first time that someone said their package was delivered to a Morgan and was missing. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel bad for the Michael’s associates who probably have to deal with the backlash of UPS’s irresponsibility and wrongdoings.
