This is a pretty standard UPS store with good service. It offered shipping, notary, packing, and return services. Exactly as advertised and what you would expect.
It is a good store.

normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this situation warranted one. I recently visited this UPS Store location to return several packages. I made the process as smooth as possible by pre-labeling most of the items, even though it wasn’t required.
Upon entering, I greeted the service rep, but she didn’t acknowledge it. That’s not a huge issue, mornings can be rough. but it did set the tone. One of my labels wasn’t scanning, and I explained that I would re download the on the spot. Another customer arrived in the meantime, so I even told the rep she could help them while I handled the label issue.
Once I had the label ready, I was told again that it wouldn’t scan and that it wasn’t for this UPS Store, even though the label clearly said it was. Instead of working through a solution, I was told to “go to a different store.” I remained polite and just asked if I could get a receipt for the documents I did manage to drop off, since I know Amazon sometimes requires them if there’s a missing return. She responded that there were no receipts available. I explained why I needed one, and again, she told me to go to another store.
When I asked if she was having a rough day or why she was being so dismissive, she told me, “You're just frustrating me.” That’s not something you should ever say to a customer, frustrated or not. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was the manager. When I asked about the owner, she told me to call the store.i then asked for her name, she presented her name , and said call the store I am the opening manager.
This experience was disappointing, not because everything needed to go perfectly, but because of how it was handled. Everyone has tough days, but basic professionalism and courtesy should always be part of customer service

This UPS store is listed as open from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays, but they almost never open on time. Right now, it's 9:27 AM and the store is still closed. The last time I came to drop off an Amazon return, I had to wait until around 9:25 AM. I usually drop off packages after work, but this is my second time trying to come early-and both times, the store opened late. I hope the owner or manager addresses this issue. If the store consistently opens late, the posted hours should be adjusted by 30 minutes to an hour so customers can plan accordingly.

A week ago I was needing to send out a package to a government based location. I had very sensitive documents that I couldn't afford to get lost. I went to this location to ensure it would be sent on time. I paid 15 dallors to have this sent with a printed address. I verified the address with the associate a couple of times. I was told there would be a guaranteed delivery. A week later, I found out those documents never made it to the location. When I called this UPS location, they informed me they had no idea why it wasn't dropped off. Instead, it was sent to a different UPS store 30 miles away. I then had to drive 30 plus miles to retrieve it. This is completely unacceptable! The fact that it wasn't dropped off at the correct location with no reason why. And the fact they forced me to drive to go get that package I paid 15 dallors for! UPS store owner was incredibly rude and refused to provide me a refund. There was no compensation for their mistake, so I basically paid this fee for no reason! I will never trust them ever again!

I would likely recommend The UPS Store to a friend or colleague especially for their reliable shipping services and helpful staff. They make mailing and packaging pretty convenient, and I’ve had good experiences with their customer service brenda is very good work very helpful

Had a large Amazon return, but my printer had run out of ink. Despite signage stating I would be charged to print out a label, I wasn’t charged for the label or my time in the computer required for printing it. The employees were smiling and courteous. Big UPS to this UPS location.

We visited this location earlier today & had an amazing customer service experience. The young mans at the counter went above & beyond to meet our shipping needs. We will definitely be back to this location!

Greatest service in town! Sending packages via UPS, Amazon returns, or notarized paperwork is a breeze!

UPS store with notary services as well as the standard array of shipping and mailbox services.
I had a package rerouted here as a result of missing a sign off from a driver and recovering it could not have been easier.
Daniel was very informative and helpful for future use of this location.

Talk about the lack of customer service and thinking outside the box to be helpful. I came in with a packaged Amazon return and needed extra tape to keep there pre-sealed envelope bag from popping open, the employee stated that it’ll cost me $1 to tape it. Okay, fine. I’ll skip the tape, but print me the label and it’ll use the tape on the label to secure the package. He refused and said it had to be fully secured and ready to go before he can give me the label. See image for detail - where my finger is pointing should be the return label to secure the pre-sealed envelope.Honestly, how dense and difficult can someone be? UPS should train their employees to not be so robotic. If that was the case, I would have preferred they install a self-service machine and I’ll do it myself. Less annoyance and faster.
