Talk about the lack of customer service and thinking outside the box to be helpful. I came in with a packaged Amazon return and needed extra tape to keep there pre-sealed envelope bag from popping open, the employee stated that it’ll cost me $1 to tape it. Okay, fine. I’ll skip the tape, but print me the label and it’ll use the tape on the label to secure the package. He refused and said it had to be fully secured and ready to go before he can give me the label. See image for detail - where my finger is pointing should be the return label to secure the pre-sealed envelope.Honestly, how dense and difficult can someone be? UPS should train their employees to not be so robotic. If that was the case, I would have preferred they install a self-service machine and I’ll do it myself. Less annoyance and faster.

Why do you need to use this location? In a word -Daniel. I found myself in Gilroy waiting for the dog at the groomer and had some items to send so I went to this location. I was welcomed and assisted by Daniel and done in less than half the time I usually spend at my city’s location. He gave me 100% of his attention and was indeed the brand.

Both staff members Daniel and Andrew at the Gilroy location (off 10th st) were phenomenal! They assisted and gave me tips on how to package my items more efficiently and assured me that my package would arrive back to Amazon in one piece. They made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Thank you, Daniel and Andrew for your help, and for not making me feel rushed even at the tail end of the store hours.

Daniel was an amazing helpful employee. I was having a problem with my Amazon return. He showed me what to do. He was able to help me with every step.Overall great customer service from him.

Surprised! This UPS charged me for just two shot of tapping the box when I tried to return my Amazon package. I have never been charged this "one piece of tape" at FedEx or Kohls for returning Amazon packages. Not recommended!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Just went inside to open a new mailbox. The guy working there was a complete idiot. Didnt know the prices of the mailbox sizes, wasn't sure if the services offered when I had questions about it. Then when asked for 2 forms of Government issued ID, I offered my California drivers license and then I didn't have anything else and all he kept asking for was a passport or military ID. Well I'm not military and I dont usually have my passport on me if I'm not traveling far. I offered my credit cards, bank check, insurance card , everything in my wallet and he sounded annoyed. I asked if there was any other ID I can use or if there was any other way I can open a mailbox and he sarcastically answered "yea I can open one for you and I'll just go ahead and get in trouble". So I said fine , I'll go to the other UPS store nearby. And he said "yeah you do that bye". Total jerk. I see why they had crappy ratings. By the way, called the next closest UPS and asked what ID they required and the nice gentleman said my license and a Costco card works just fine.

Needed papers notarized with very little notice. They took us as a walk in and they were extremely kind to us and to our children who tagged along. They then helped us send that paperwork to the intended destination. (We already had a label printed out so it was pretty quick) It was a breath of fresh air among an otherwise stressful day.

Just went into the store to have something shipped back that couldn't be returned to Kohls. Marcus made my return so easy and quick. Thank you for making my day with being kind.

I spent all morning and went to four different places to return a HUGE Amazon package. No one could do it until I met Daniel. Within five minutes I was heading out the door having finally been able to get it returned. Daniel was efficient, incredibly knowledgeable about the rules and regulations, upbeat and wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went in this UPS location at 10th St. Gilroy last monday morning to ship Item using pack & ship barcode provided by online merchant. The review is for the lady in her 50's (i think) (not the other older lady nor the other youngest who also works here) This Lady Clerk REFUSED to process pack & ship for big item at this location! She is NOT so helpful at all and somehow a liar! She wouldn't take the big item and gave such an excuse that the barcode when she scanned it, according to her isn't working and was telling her she cannot ship it and It's saying that I have to call the merchant who provided me with the barcode! Really?! Where the heck that came from?! She literally told me she can't accept it for pack and ship service because it is more than 165" which IT IS NOT! in fact it was only less than 75"!! and she didn't even bother to measure so how did she know that it's more than 165"?! She's just perhaps feeling LAZY to pack it i guess?! And she clearly don't want to help! She turned me away and told me to go to the UPS HUB 27miles away just because she's NOT IN THE MOOD in packing this big item! She's clearly not a good asset for UPS because she DIDN'T want to do her job! What is the UPS Pack and ship service for if their Clerk can just REFUSED IT because she didn't want to do the packing?!!I called UPS customer service to report about what this lady told me regarding their pack and ship service and that she refused to accept the package because it looks like she has her "own" policy! She'll accept what she wants and just ignore if she didn't want to do it!! The online rep. Even told me that there is no such thing about having not to process my item esp. If it is under the dimensions limitation! So the lazy lad just really don't want to do it!! The other reviewer was right, they don't hire good worker here! (Pertaining to this lady, the oldest and youngest ladies I used to see work here are nice and efficient with their work unlike this person that I encountered!) Too bad for the management and business!I also went to UPS Store at 1st Street Gilroy (Inside Nob Hill) and ask the young lady and the guy just to get an idea if they do accept pack and ship service, the guy and the young lady helped me and told me that they'll surely accept items for pack and ship service because UPS offers that service so why wouldn't they?! for as long as it will not exceed 165" dimension which obviously my item is not in that category! These people from 1st St. UPS location are the best!!Long story short, I ended up dropping my item for pack & ship service at UPS Store located at Vineyard town center, Morgan Hill because I went in here first to do some errands before I drove my way & inquired inside the Nob Hill UPS store, The two young ladies at UPS STORE in Morgan Hill are very helpful as well and NO QUESTIONS ASKED they just accepted my big item and processed it for pack and ship service! UPS needs more people like the ones working at vineyard morgan hill and 1st st. Gilroy (Inside Nob Hill location) because they're really good at their jobs, has willingness to help and they are GREAT at helping people and a good asset for UPS unlike this lady at 10th st. UPS Location!

Last few times I came, The guy I always got was incredibly rude and made me avoid this place. But I just went in recently - The lady who helped me was very helpful! She was super sweet! She helped me find the right box for what I was shipping & helped me have all the right supplies!

Daniel helped me. He was very professional and efficient and even reminded me that I could get AAA discounts on some services. I left feeling pleased and confident that my package would make it safely to its destination.
