This young man was so helpful to me today. I love the Volcom products and that man was displaying it perfectly! He should model for the company hahahaha. I’ll definitely return again just to see him! What an amazing person we need more people like him!

OMG...asked where are the "modern fit" shirts, the replacement for slim. Young woman says we don't carry them here. I replied you do I buy them here. I asked could she call someone, she replied no our manager is on maternity leave. Another employee, I think, a young man was sitting behind the counter.SHE asked ME how do you tell (the modern fit)?????? I finally found one and showed her.I commented they don't train you very well. She replied yes we complain about that. Ultimately she found a book and told me which shirts were modern fit. I was the only customer.

Don't spend your money with this company. They owe me more than $200 for a return from 2 weeks ago. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone or for customer service to get back to you. If they do get back from you it's only after you've wasted hours of time trying to contact them and you've had to get nasty about it. And the only response will be some BS excuses to buy themselves more time. Still waiting on my refund which is a pretty large amount of money. 2 weeks is unacceptable to still not have my money back. Some people wouldn't be able to afford to lose that much money for that amount of time. Like that could really hurt some people. They don't care. Like I said, UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER purchase from them again or support their company in any way, shape or form. I will continue to spread the word that people shouldn't spend their money with them either.

Item arrived with a hole in it after taking 11 days to arrive. Customer services are slow to respond and 6 days after contacting them, they have so far offered me a 50% refund. No thanks! I want a full refund or a wearable item!!! AVOID!

1/23/2019 Came in around 7PM, entered store 2 young men at register I said hello to them , they looked at me strange and did not respond, there was no one else in the store, I was looking to spend some cash, but these 2 losers did not ask if I needed help and looked like they where annoyed that I can in the store with my wife, completely rude I left and spent my cash at Oakley, if you are the manger have a talk with these lazy people.

The WORST customer service. This store makes you feel so unwelcomed. As soon as I walked in the manager looked at me like she hated customers. I walked around for a tiny bit and then asked for an item I was looking for and without even any hesitation she says "no". Doesn't try to look. Doesn't search for alternatives. Just responded like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Don't work at a CUSTOMER SERVICE job if you can't seem to even look like you enjoy life :) Terrible service, even worse manager.

Love the clothing but came by today and customer service was soooooo bad! I asked to try something on and the lady looked at me like I was bothering her. When I was done, I wanted to know where to put the clothes I didn't want and again she made it obvious she didn't want to be bothered. Not sure why people work there if they don't wan't to work. Management should get involved.
