The photolab at this Walgreens is a disaster for passport photos. First, the staff doesn't know how to take proper photos of people. Second, they can't operate their own software. Third, they're clueless about Indian visa photos and unaware that their program has a setting for Indian passport requirements. It took 15 attempts to get my husband's photo right and 9 attempts for mine. We also requested digital copies, but none of the staff knew how to use the machine or that other country options were available. Despite the Walgreens website stating that they can handle photos for numerous other countries, the staff insisted they only do US passport photos. The whole process took about 2 hours, only to find out that the digital copies didn’t come through email towards the end. At one point, I found myself adjusting our photos and teaching the employees how to do their job. They then told us that the digital option doesn't work via email and we'd need to pay for a USB, requiring us to repeat the entire process and select the photos again.
To top it off, this location blocks cell signals, which makes things even worse for customers—all because the manager doesn’t want employees using their phones. A bit extreme . The only positive was that, despite not knowing how to take photos properly, the staff was patient enough to try numerous times when the software rejected the photos. Walgreens, Please train your employees properly!
Edit: we finally went to the Walgreens in San Jose, they were able to change the setting for “Indian” visa photos and it was done in under 15 minutes and the digital photos came through immediately.

The staff in the pharmacy are rude and they lie about status of your medication. Will move my prescriptions elsewhere. Worst service ever.

Sharing my experience at Walgreens today. One of the employees was an Angel in disguise! When I was in a need, she appears and goes beyond her humankindness. I was astonished because she made my day better. She was wearing an electric blue blouse, shoulder length black hair.

Everytime I have to pick up a prescription here it takes all day to get it or you have to call them just to make sure it gets filled. Today alone it took 9 hours to get them to fill a prescription. Don't waste your time on this location.

This place always has long lines at the pharmacy with bad and slow customer service that goes with it at this location, it's beyond irritating!

Pharmacy there is a failure. Pick up your prescriptions somewhere else. Understaffed with one person handling the drive through and the customers inside. 45min wait at the drive through until finally attended. The employee was wearing a mask and speaking behind the window to where you couldn't understand a word they were saying. The line inside gets equally as long making people in line irate. One woman in line seemed so off her meds and kept badgering people who were being helped, ticking them off and forcing a scene. Rumor had it the cops were on the way, hopefully to drag that woman out. Managers do nothing to help the situation. I've switched back to my old pharmacy in another city.

This place is ALWAYS understaffed. The pharmacy is so poorly managed it is painful to go in I started using the drive through which is now taking about 10 minutes per car. Never again....,,I have left multiple times due to no service / wait times. Time for to find a place that actually wants to take my money.

Do not come here unless you are ok with having to come back and forth multiple times. My husband was discharge from the hospital at 830. And prescription was sent. I realize even before going that the name spelling of my husbands first name was wrong. So I called the hospital before going to let them know and they resent it at 11am I went to Walgreens at 1130am and let them know that they have two separate prescriptions for the same person just name spelling was corrected. They said they just need to transfer it to the correct name and come back after their lunch at 230pm. I came in at 4pm and guess what she said it still needs to be transferred to the correct name. And to come back before they close or they can text me when it's ready. 1) shouldn't you offer this in the first place so we don't come back until it's done 2) what takes so long to transfer the name of medication if everything else is the same... Never had this issue with CVS taking this long. This will be the first and last time we come here for. Prescription fill

The negative reviews are well earned. Most inefficient pharmacy of all time. Hopefully this feedback reaches some who cares….otherwise avoid this place like the plague (punn intended). No exaggeration but over a 90+ min wait after the hospital called in the script. In addition, hands down the worst customer service I’ve endured in a long time to go with the long wait. If you see ‘Julie D’ on the name tag; might wanna just abandon your quest and try somewhere new.

This place is convenient, quite for the most part. The only issue is that the pharmacy takes forever. I'm not sure if it's due to being understaffed or what. Having more clerks help at the window maybe will help?

I'm not sure what's happened to the pharmacy . Was once great and now awful! In order to get my prescription filled I have to call which takes close to an hour . If you don't call about your prescription it will sit under in progress for days! And lines are always long in store and drive through especially. Takes days to get anything filled it's absolutely ridiculous.

Made an online vaccine appointment. Got there 15 min early and had to wait 30 min to check in. Then had to fill out the same form I already filled out online. Finally got the shots 75 min after the scheduled appointment.

I have never been to WALGREENS store that has very rude employees!!! It’s beyond out of control!! They are lazy, loud and not helpful at all!! It was was one of my favorite store before!! Poor management!!

I called Walgreens Pharmacy and I understand there busy but I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The girl who kept answering kept putting me on hold. They are very rude there. If it wasn't for my insurance I'd go somewhere else.
