I am very Happy with Janet, MIchelle Pharmacist, they both always make sure that I understand the medication and the side effects they have save my life I had a medication that my primary care prescribed and the caught it and advisewd me that this medication could not be taken with other medication that I take Daily. Thank you so much for saving me and advised of this if not I could of had an over dose due to the reaction of both medication. Also THe Staff is great Stacia, Josh, Joshua, Michael your all great and on top of things and very helpful.Thank you,Ceniceros

I needed to transfer my dad's prescription to a nearby CVS, CVS pharmacist called promply to Walmart pharmacy when l was there. it's been more almost 2 days and they did nothing. They obviously dont care about patients and customer service. This really pissed me off why so long for a quick process unless your staff so lazy and lack professional.

My husband had cancer this year so we went for Rx frequently . The pharmacist Mr. Tran has been extremely helpful during the difficult time. He went out of his way and personally made phone calls to our home to make sure we had enough medication at all time and offered to deliver personally. Great customer care. Thank you for caring.

I am very unhappy with the online Wellness app, and Gilroy Pharmacy. I refilled my blood pressure medication online the 22/9/21. It said it would be delivered In 2-3 days. I called the Gilroy, CA location, and was told by the pharmacist that it hadn't been filled and that they needed payment. The site says it was in the process of refilling since the 9th, and it showed the last 4 digits of my credit card. It shows online that it has been paid. I told the pharmacist that I need my blood pressure medicine. She told me they would ship it, and it would arrive in 3 days. This was unacceptable. She said then I would have to come and pick it up. I told her I was not well enough to pick it up. I asked to speak to the store manager. I was put on hold, and no one ever came to the phone. I called the grocery pickup number and asked them to please add my blood pressure medicine with an order I had placed for delivery today 12/12/21. I was told she would talk to the manager, but I never got a call back. Now I have a text message telling me to pick up!! This is ridiculous! They could have setup at the least a courier, or an overnight shipment. I do not recommend Walmart's on-line pharmacy ordering. This isn't the first time I've had problems. I like to never got my RX transferred, and they all of them are still not showing up on my Wellness app. The local pharmacy either doesn't have access to their Wellness app, or the local pharmacy isn't trained in handling online shipments, or the program just doesn't work. They are playing with peoples health.

I was going to give a comment earlier. Today, I ran out of a regular prescription and went in and they gave me 5 days worth and will get refill instructions from my doctor on Monday. This is a great pharmacy and I am glad they are in our great town ofs Gilroy!!!

Have not been disappointed with this pharmacy for a couple of years now. There used to always be a line and now I go in at different times of the day weekends also and I have no wait. Dai the Pharmacist is very kind patient and helpful. The automated system has been the best! I get a text when it's time to refill I reply and when it's filled I get a text for when I can pick up.

As much as I rag on Walmart for their heehaw parking lot and the clientele in the store, the workers here are always super friendly the few times I have come in, and the pharmacy is no exception. They even accepted my heehaw insurance to fill my prescription when Costco couldn't (even though the Costco in LA does, go figure). I dropped off my stuff and they had it ready in 20 minutes flat, and explained how to use my albuterol and all that. Easy peasy.

The walmart pharmacy has alway been really easy to work with and very helpful. My son is constantly taking different and new medication but this time it's working thank god. The helpful tips from the pharmacy has made it easy. The lines sometimes are long just fair warning. So to defeat this I go in the mornings. It's made a difference. We had a concern if walmart carries the medication my son needed and every time I have a question I just call and a pharmacist will let me know if they carry it or if they carry a generic kind and even if they have the same thing but in lower doses. The parking is awsome if your coming on the pharmacy side because usually everyone parks on the other side. The number is posted too for fast calling. I recommend walmart. Plus you can do your grocerie shopping too.

This is for the PHARMACY only!!! I was horribly discriminated against, and Mentally abused by the Pharmacy Manager!! I waited 2 hours, to find out that my insurance was not covering me!!?? WTH? The head Pharmacist talked down to me, degrading me.. Her name is " Ai" i'm not sure of the spelling. She treated me like I was a piece of garbage it was awful!! I would've gone elsewhere, but they were the only pharmacy that carried the generic medication, I could take for my epilepsy. I'm not sure how she looks in the mirror every night. How can she treat other human beings the way she treated me.. Like a wounded animal she could just keep kicking!! BEWARE!!!

Horrible phone service. You get through to the switchboard and they switch you to the department you ask for, but the phone just rings and rings. No one answers. I tried several hours for two days straight. Wonderful service.

Pretty much the worst place to shop at, it smells like an old bodega the management is crappy, they are never around when you need one, the lines are always long but the managers just sit ther and watch save yourself a headache and go to target.
