Stopped by Work World at Camino Arroyo in Gilroy to pick up some work pants — specifically the BN3334-M in brown — and they had exactly what I needed. The store’s not huge, but it’s super organized and easy to browse. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and knew their inventory well, which made things smooth. Honestly, one of the better experiences I’ve had shopping for work gear. If you’re looking for solid workwear without the hassle, this is the place.

I went in to buy some pants and possible a pair of work boots, but they would only bring out one boot to try on, according to their store policy. I have no idea how you can get a feel for wearing work boots without wearing both at the same time. I will never shop at this store again.

It was nice and clean. But the guy that helped me was so rude and I don't think he enjoys his job. I spend a lot of money at Work World but will no longer be shopping at this location due to the poor customer service skills. I don't think he should be working there if he's not happy. Get new management or hire people who enjoy what they do.

I bought some boots of very poor quality, the seam was torn and I had been buying them for three months. They cost 230 dollars, terrible.

Bad service from the staff, I asked for a number of boots and an employee arrived and threw the box on the floor and left, and that's why I didn't buy anything from them and I don't plan on ever going back there, there are better places with better products and they weren't even the ones. unique.

I had a great experience. People were very nice . I returned some boots I bought back in February and it wasn't a problem. I ended up getting the boots I wanted at the end . Thank you .

They already reduced hours, both online and what's posted in the store window say Monday hours are 11-7 ... It's 5:55 and the store is locked up, lights off, no one in sight. Super annoying

Good not great but good assortment of items for work. Employees are not very knowledgeable but are helpful if needed. Not very helpful over the phone; must go to store to see if item is available.I've been unable to purchase a gift certificate/card due to system unable to. Unfortunately the men in my life are now receiving Cabela's gift cards, so much for trying to support small business in my town.
