“After tastings in the Wine Country, we happened on this amazing place. This is a perfectly curated shop, with a bit of everything, clothes, furniture, cards, gifts, garden items. Short drive from downtown Sonoma. Highly recommend!”

“While vacationing with my husband in the Sonoma area, we knew we wanted to find a local antique store to check out. We were so happy to find Reclaimed Antiques! They have some of the coolest things! If we had more room in our suitcases, we would have bought way more! We went home with a glass decanter from the 1960s made in Italy. It was reasonably priced and very unique! The staff even helped wrap up the item for us in bubble wrap so we could transport it safely back home!”

“I love this shop! I stop in whenever I am driving through Petaluma. Their displays are so creative and inviting. I really enjoy walking around getting ideas. They carry an eclectic mix of used, antique, new and locally made items with a full range of price points. I have been very happy with all of my purchases.”

“This store is a Time Machine and a teleportation booth. Here the Antiques are mixed with modern items in a delicious tasteful cocktail of carefully curated pieces. There is no better place for a gift with French flair to sophistication and charm. It is a treat for all of your five senses, well, with exception for biting the merchandise…. However, there are soups if somebody can’t help it.”

“Very well curated store with lots of inventory and goodies to look at! Cute kitchen and dining ware, great place for gifts (think hand soap, teas, candles, ceramic trinkets, local chapsticks, necklaces, etc). Half the store is that, then the other half is dedicated to bigger home furnishings like sofas, beds, coffee tables. They also have a large outdoor space out back with some pottery and outdoor decor. Overall it's a great stop if you're looking to purchase gifts or treat yourself!”

“Chelsea Antiques is a speciality antique shop located in downtown Petaluma on Petaluma Boulevard North. As a small business who only deals with independent sellers this store ranges in items from furniture, art work, jewelry, and even unique artifacts. They have a purpose of keeping their shop away from being dull and predictable. When I had visited this store it was a respectable, older couple behind the counter. I really enjoyed how the shop was museum like. You can both indulge in looking at the items as well as buying them depending on your needs and budget boundaries. There were multiple rooms and different hallways. There was a second story floor as well. Overall I really liked the fascinating pieces this store has. There were narrow hallways so just make sure to be careful when walking around. Being careful in general is ideal in here as there are many one of a kind, fragile antiques. This shop is also wheelchair accessible. To the beautiful community of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I would advise you to check out this captivating and eccentric antique shop!”

“Best antique store in town. Not everything is great but they have many very unique pieces. Unfortunately the person who ran the military museum moved out so that section is no longer available which is slightly disappointing.”

RECLAIMED THRIFT (2000 sq. ft.) is filled with RECLAIMED ESTATE SALES clear out items, expired consignments and tons of other inventory including furniture, art, jewelry, rugs, collectibles, clothing and more at great prices. “Aerena Galleries is a refuge from the often busy, traffic clogged Main Street of downtown St. Helena. There's an amazing array of pieces- from abstract art, to sculptures with oceanic themes, a giant coffee table book by Annie Liebovitz, to a stunning gigantic book of Tibetan Buddhist sacred art. The curators are friendly&approachable. What's happily surprising is that not all the art is big bucks. One can find affordable gifts that are also tasteful. They represent contemporary artists, particularly those of the Bay Area. While the St. Helena gallery is an oasis, I really should go down to the Yountville one that has a sculpture garden.”

“Inattentive staff. When we walked in not eaven a greeting, but the people who walked in after us got a hello. We heard all others entering receive a hello along with attention while shopping. So we visited the shop up the street called Boho boutique and spent a few hundred dollars, it was purely a service choice and quality of goods.”

“I was in the area and my adult son was with me and we stopped by here just to look but we will be back. They had very high quality antiques (solid chestnut and cherry) for very reasonable prices, there was a cherry counter height table for less than 1/2 of quotes I have seen elsewhere, we are creating a small in-law unit that I would have loved to have purchased it for but I don't have any storage so have to wait a few months but will be back when I am ready and am certain I will purchase a few items from them. The staff were super friendly.”

“Yankee Girl has a nice selection of antiques and items. Margie was very helpful with information on pieces that I was interested in. It was definitely a trip into the past and worth going into the store. Love their items and Margie's willingness to help.”

“Loved this place! Such a fun place to shop for clothes that you can’t find anywhere else at great prices. My friend and I were here for a couple hours because there’s so much to look at! Great vibe, friendly staff. Definitely a stop to make on your trip.”

“This was the 2nd antique store I shopped at one Friday in June, and it was a world of difference. I was greeted warmly and began my very long meandering through all the floors and rooms. It just goes on and on. Really saw some lovely items...and then spied exactly what would solve my need for a recently remodeled bathroom. I went to the cash register area and spoke with the woman about whether the owner of the item (there are several consignors in the shop) would negotiate the price. As luck would have it, the owner/consignor, in from out of town, was just walking in through the front door. We had a lovely conversation, she was totally amenable, and I got my chippy little piece of bathroom furniture. Couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. I'll definitely be back!”
