I’m always buying cigarettes from this location cause it is the closest one to my house. And I always have problems here with my id. Today the cashier said “no” to my husband because somehow he decided that he is not the same person on the picture. Then I came to buy it myself with my id and he just said that he s not gonna sale us anything and then just ignored us and the whole conversation. Is that your customer service? That’s how you loose your customers. I wish I could call to manager of this location cause this situation with your employee should be solved.

The manager offered a deal of two meatball sticks and two chicken sticks. They made me wait to make the extra sticks. Then they did not give me the meatball stick as was promised. The manager offered me the offer in front of the employee. This was after he argued with his employees in front of the customer, after the cashier called the manager because he didn’t know how to ring up what asked for. Please train your workers better than this, and please don’t be so aggressive Mr manager. I will not be returning to this 7-Eleven for at least another two years. So to sum up, I had to wait for something I didn’t really want because the manager really wanted me to buy it. And then they made me wait. And then they did not give me what they promised. Do not go to this 7-Eleven.

I come here everyday before work (sometimes after as well). The employees are great. When my favorite coffee is empty, they always refill it quickly and without complaining.

Tried to get a small slushee, in a small cup, and they charged me for a medium and said that they don’t have any small ones despite having many small cups for use.
