The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service — they deserve 5 stars. However, the unit was not ideal for storing my merchandise, as it was exposed to direct sunlight for a significant portion of the day. Additionally, the access height was higher than expected, which made loading and unloading more challenging.

A-1 is definitely a very well deserved 5 star storage. From Adams warm welcoming and very professional customer service, all the way through to the selection in unit sizes, elevator locations and the cleanliness of the entire facility.

Chose A-1 because of the great reviews on their customer service. Went to check in for the first time yesterday after reserving a 5x5 and they definitely lived up to the expectations! Adam got me all set up, he was AWESOME. Facilities are well kept and nice. Love the speaker system jamming mellow music throughout the halls. Nice “amenity” haha
