We signed our lease while living in another state, but we felt at ease and confident with moving forward without seeing the building in-person. It was an easy process and we’ve found everyone to be welcoming. The apartment is in great condition for 10 years old and has everything we want.

I have lived in a few apartments with on site management, and I can confidently say that I have never seen such amazing customer service like this one! From the beginning of my move up until now, Chanelle seems to outdo her self, going over and beyond with her responsiveness and customer service. She acts diligently on any concerns, big or small. I was skeptical of moving into another apartment for the very reason of staff not responding quickly and needing to always walk down to the leasing office to try to grab a hold of someone. I have never felt the need to reiterate a concern, she follows through every single time ! Staff like that is very hard to find. I'm glad I have experienced the pleasant side of apartment rentals. Chanelle's work ethic does not go unnoticed. 2 thumbs up on customer service ! ?

We have rented in the complex for over a decade. The communal areas are lovely. The apartments are well designed. We have had the pleasure to interact with Rizzo in the office who time and time again provided exemplary courteous, professional assistance. He is a model agent!

WONDERFUL.HELPFUL. EFFICIENT. These are just a few words that I would use to describe. Rizzo over in leasing department! From my initial email of scheduling an appointment to view AMLI all the way up to singing the lease. This man has single-handedly, made the moving process easy and as seamless as possible. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to because this man really takes pride in his work and it SHOWS! Truly can not state this enough if you want to view this apartment I HIGHLY recommend Rizzo to show you around! Did I also mention that the application process is a a breeze!

I love how attentive and helpful the staff is! I thought I lost a package, but Chanelle P. promptly helped me track it down and it was delivered to my locker in minutes. I like the secure luxer package system. I like how clean the complex is. I like how the office team enforces rules (ex. No smoking). I love my experience here so far!

We recently moved across the country from the east coast to LA. Chanelle made this process so easy for us. When we toured the unit, she toured the entire facility with great detail and discussed not just the amenties of the complex, but security and safety of the neighborhood as a whole. She frequently checked in with us up until move in day and beyond afterwards to ensure we had everything ready and were getting settled nicely. We didn’t explore any other apartments in the area, once we saw this one and met with Chanelle, we were comfortable putting an application in and living here. Really happy with our decision.

I recently moved to AMLI Lex on Orange and it has been a very positive experience. Besides the excellent facilities and the well-organized management of the apartment complex, I highly value the staff who run the place. From the very beginning when I first visited Lex on Orange to explore, leasing consultant Chanelle was extremely helpful. I had visited a number of other complexes in the neighborhood during my housing search. Compared to the other leasing offices, Chanelle provided substantive briefing about Lex on Orange, showed me a number of apartments and the various facilities in the building, and guided me through the application process. My decision to rent at Lex on Orange was largely because I was impressed by Chanelle's professional and pleasant personality. A company ultimately is the people who run it. Chanelle and the staff at Lex on Orange make living there a pleasant experience, always ready to help and respond to queries promptly.

From the moment I arrived for my tour, Chanelle greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly comfortable. Her knowledge of the property and its amenities was extensive, and she answered all of my questions with patience.. Chanelle took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that she showed me a unit that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for.

This is the only review you need to make a choice on whether or not to live here. Don't. This place is a pit.
Paper thin walls (the pool cabana has more privacy), lingering sewage smell (unclean drainage), unfriendly, rude community, and management will gaslight you as to not fix issues.
This was by far the worst apartment building I have lived in for the last 20 years.
Construction is of cheapest and lowest quality when compared to other apartment complexes in LA area. I moved into an unclean apartment, sticky residue, chipped cabinets, and gunk around base boards and bathroom. I reported this and nothing was ever done. Whoever designed the layout must've been winging it, as the refrigerator would slam into the countertop every time I opened. Less than 6 foot tall? Most cabinets are inaccessible. The water quality in the building is unsuitable.
I was lied to on several occasions by staff. Prior to moving in, they told me there were no AIRBNBs (it's in the lease), but low and behold my neighbor for the first 6 months was in fact an AIRBNB and only due to my persistence was I able to do anything about it. Strangers wandering around in the middle of the night. One night they had 15 kids using the unit to party. If you live below someone, expect to hear them entirely and fully, I could hear full phone conversations from upstairs while using the restroom.
No smoking building, right? The smell of cigarettes was constantly wafting into my unit every morning. Truly disgusting.
Additionally, people leave their dogs unoccupied for large periods of time, constant barking from any number of apartments. Staff will do NOTHING to remedy this.
Another issue staff will refuse to fix is mail/packages. I lost well over $2000 in packages during my years stay at AMLI Lex on Orange. My packages were delivered to wrong apartment numbers and at one point my entire grocery order was just left in the garage (how they got in? idk), but came out to find bags of food wasted sitting out over night.
Not once were staff able to remedy an issue or offer a reasonable solution.
Last, the ventilation. I have seen other complaints regarding this and after moving into a new building, something is wrong. Every morning I would wake up feeling gross and now, in my new place, this isn't the case at all.
This place is NOT worth the ~$3000/mo price tag.

I toured AMLI in September of 2022 with Michael Rizzo back when I was considering a move from NY to LA. Rizzo was extremely helpful in helping me get to know the property and assist me in working through the moving process long distance. Chanelle helped me through the process of getting my application taken care of and initial payments. Both Rizzo and Chanelle made the process super smooth.
Since I’ve moved in and up until today, both Chanelle and Rizzo have been wonderful in assisting me in everything from helping to get service on my unit, access to specific needs of the property and generally just being great to interact with.
The whole staff has always been kind and friendly, especially when something with the unit or building needs to be addressed. I’m quite grateful to be living in the community and all the staff have made the difference.

I love all the amenities offered. The game room was probably my favorite but I also love the seating areas. It would be nice if there was more lighting in some of the outside areas especially by the grills. I also appreciate the monthly notifications with the events and the pet of the month.

I just wanted to share my positive experience living here! The staff at the apartment complex has been fantastic, especially Rizzo.
He went above and beyond during the move-in process, showing me around the unit and answering all my questions.
Even after I moved in, Rizzo has been incredibly responsive and attentive whenever I've had any needs or questions. Communication has been a breeze, which makes a big difference. I would also like to mention that Chanelle has been helpful as well.

I have been living at Lex on Orange for over a year and I have never had an issue. They have been friendly and helpful. Repairs are done fast.
