Apple used to be known for its good customer service but this is certainly not the case at the Glendale Galleria store. My phone case is falling apart due to defective materials and they consider the degradation of the case to be my fault, and will not honor their warranty. It will be hard for me to buy any more apple products after this insulting treatment.

I’ve had 2 experience getting repairs done at this store - the first was great - I got my battery replaced and I already had apple care, it took them like 2 hours and when I came back it was like a new phone.
The second was…mostly good. I came to get my front camera replaced (I’d dropped it). Mostly covered by AppleCare again, and they told me it would be done in less than an hour and a half but because they’d have to replace basically the back of the phone, it would be like a new phone. That all happened, and though it’s kind of a pain, I wasn’t too worried. But as I was setting it back up, it insisted I activate an e-SIM using a separate phone. When I went into the apple store for the repair I had a physical SIM. I went back to the Apple Store today to see if it was accidentally removed, and the worker told me that e-SIMs were standard since the iPhone 10, that they never would have touched SIM cards, and I just needed to go to T-Mobile to get it activated. I went over and the T-Mobile guy told me I had had a physical sim, gave me a new one, and no issues. I went back just to let the guy know that they might need to communicate with their technicians not to mess with SIM cards. The guy we’d first talked to was adamant that they my phone wouldn’t have had a physical sim, and the other woman said “oh well it must have just been accidentally removed.” No apology, no concern. I’ve really liked most of the folks I’ve interacted with there but that was such a weird lack of concern for the customer and gaslighting.
Would I come back? Yeah, probably. The service itself has been mostly good and it’s pretty quick. But you bet I’m going to be asking more questions when I leave.

The woman with dark blonde hair wearing glasses was unbelievably rude to me. I just asked her if there’s a line or a list to get helped and she literally shooed me away, with the gesture too. She wasn’t helping anyone btw.

Fast check in , 10 mins waiting list. Technician looks like lost when he checked my air pod max. He try to double check a plug port and ask me if I can see something wrong. It looks technician do not understand what he doing?

This store is very helpful although keep in mind that they don't come up to you and ask if you need help, you have to ask someone who's available. My parents arrived to the store first and asked a guy about the price of an iphone 17 (they didn't specify which one to me though) and the guy just told them the price and left, the employee didn't even offer if they'll be buying it the guy just left as if they were a waste of time which made them call me to help them out. I never caught the employees name. I asked for help to an employee named John I believe (i'm bad with names) and was super helpful but then introduced us to a female employee (with btw really pretty nails also I forgot her name, again, i'm bad with names) she was super helpful as well she answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the transaction.

I’ve never had a more awkward and uncomfortable experience with an employee in less than 30 seconds of walking into a store. The employee Hector was helping my sister and I pick up an order and somehow managed to make a five minute exchange feel like an hour. Asking my sister to smile and looking at us up and down the entire time, I had to leave the store within a minute of walking in and had my sister complete picking up the order herself. I will not be revisiting this location.

Beware of manager named Jay, he is incredibly rude and had to correct him when he tried to call me stupid for calling him out on his tone for asking him a question about my laptop. The entire experience was horrendous, managers and staff are bullies and will choose to watch us customers struggle while they are too busy bullying the customers and security guards they have on hand. Extremely long wait times only to be met with bad attitudes, all the staff and managers look miserable like they hate their jobs and don’t want to be asked or do anything. Pro-Tip: If you don’t like your job…QUIT!! Corporate do your job and investigate these crooked managers and staff please!!!

Would rate 0 stars if i could. Eddie was great and very helpful! but after he left it went all downhill. I came in for repair hoping for a new phone instead of them completely just taking my phone and repairing it for 2 1/2 hours. Ridiculous. I normally don’t like to complain but after i got my phone back it was like i had a brand new iPhone. They did not tell me if i had another device so when i came to pick it up i had to start fresh and couldn’t set up my SIM and they couldn’t even help me themselves….. they literally just watched me struggle and sit there trying to set up my phone lol… instead i just went home and did it myself. Will not come here to this location again, you guys suck.

I will never be an apple costumer. Apple is the worse. I made a purchase online to pick up in the store and the day comes and I get there on time and they told me that did not have my order ready that I needed to wait until I get the text. I went to the website and it said my order got canceled without any notification by email or text. I called costumer service and they said nothing we can do. Seriously???? I drove one hour and a half for nothing??? They are not worth it.
