Got a new device. With their help to sync from old to new. So helpful. Thanks a lot. The old iPad was over 10 years already. Still in good shape but ISO is no longer supported. No choice but get a new one. Oh! Love it!

Outstanding customer service and assistance!! It was my nephew's first iPhone, and they were amazing, helping him transfer all his information, and showing him how to navigate his new phone. If I could give them a tip I would have. Best, best customer service I have ever experienced at one of these stores, as a woman of color and blgbt community I felt very welcomed.

I got to the store when it opened without an appointment, but they took my information and told me they'd notify me when someone became available in 2–3 hours. They never contacted me the whole day. I was in the area, but they didn't bother. I've been a loyal Apple customer since the G3 Mac days, over two decades, and their service has been going downhill fast. Open fewer stores and manage the ones you already have better.

Very bad service, I waited 30 minutes, after me several customers came to serve everyone, I waited almost 40 minutes, no one paid attention to what I was waiting for.

I was having trouble with ipadmini and this awesome receptinist (with the most amazing nails) was able imediately fix the sound that was nót coming out.The second thing was I could not open the pop-ups in my calendar. But while I was waiting at the ginious bar, I figured it out myself and cancelled my appointment..But everybody was cvery courteus and kind... ????????❤️❤️❤️
