Art was very helpful and extremely easy to work with. I had a complicated issue to deal with and he not only resolved it but also kept in touch throughout. Art also went above and beyond, recommending parts to use in my new computer build. Would happily work with him again.

The 24/7 label is a bit of a misnomer, but otherwise an absolute pleasure to work with. Did a data recovery job for me, went out of his way to get an extra-large external hard drive for it.
