I have the utmost respect for you and your business I didn't disclosed your name , but on your retail pharmacy the staff has been so horrible except for Maui, I hope you find time to look into this problem. They are so rude and not able to explain in a calm manner to an elderly patient at that, I don't know her name but she sounds older and with accent, I know it's not Lida but both of them have the worst manners. Thank you and hopefully this will be resolved.

I spoke with Natalie and she had to double check the insurance before giving me reliable information. Within an hour she called me back with accurate information on my coverage . She also called the physician to re-order the prescription. Great customer service !

GO ELSEWHERE!! The worst customer service. Every time I have called they put you on hold or have the audacity to say call back. If I need something faxed to a hospital you better have give me 1 minute to explain. The staff spends time saying I have 3 calls ahead of you this that. Stop bickering for 10 seconds and let me tell you what I need and it might be as yes or no answer. Don't waste your time. I will transferring out. Give your business to a place that cares.

Unreliable, slow delivery is not ok when you have a loved one in Hospice and in pain. We had to stretch out doses of meds because we were running out. Hospice would order a STAT delivery and it would still take hours. One time it took 26 hours. This was not a one time occurrence. This pharmacy is an absolute disaster.

I work for PRN Hospice and we work closely with ASAP pharmacy, so we rely on them a lot for medications and supplies to be delivered on time. They have been amazing and super diligent about all of the medications and supplies we have ordered for our patients. All of our medications and supplies are ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!!

Great at delivering medication, horrible manners. My mom passed away the call early morning asking to pick up equipment I informed them that they can pick the time the lady informed me the driver will call 30 mins before pick up no call the following day I get a call from the driver telling me that he is there for the pick up I am with family friends informing them of my mother passing while in mourning I informed him that I was told that the pick up was for yesterday and that I am not there and informed him of the situation, the driver was rude telling me well he needs the equipment now I told him that I can’t I’m too far and scheduled a time between 12pm-2pm cancled meeting with the funeral service the driver was a no show. Was called today while out with my family requesting a schedule pick up the told me that the driver will call 30 mins prior to pick up, the Pharmacy calls to tell me that they are outside asking if there’s someone that could let the guy into pick up the equipment. Thanks for adding more stress to a stressful situation.

After struggling with a multitude of issues in my dealings with CVS and other pharmacies I made the decision to give ASAP my business. This has turned out to be a wonderful decision as they are a compassionate and caring group of people who have provided me with exceptional customer service. They were also able to save me over $100 a month for some of the compounded medications I was taking. I highly recommend them for both your regular pharmacy and compounding needs.
