Lazy employees, I ask for help to set up a claim for a replacement phone. All they said was I could do it at home. I said, "What if I can't do it myself? I still need help. They said they couldn't do it all the stuff members of the time of 4 pm to 5 pm. I was easily helped at another that was willing to help me do that, but not this store.

This store was amazing very quick to attend me and it wasn’t as populated as the one on brand. They took care of business even went above and beyond to help me talk to the right people on customer service. 10/10 for this location next to target inside galleria

The associate Mauricio gave wrong information and was not helpful. Told me I can return anything as long as it’s within 14 days and wouldn’t accept my phone case because it was “scratched up.” If a $45 phone case gets so scratched up within 14 days that the store won’t accept it as a return, it just means one thing: the item is extremely low-quality and not durable! Went to another AT&T store in the area that took it with no questions asked (as they should bc it was within the 14 day return window.)
