I went to get a new phone and I waited less than 5 minutes to get help. Daniel Donis is really the reason why I gave this location 5 stars. He was so kind and patient because I knew nothing. He helped me quickly and efficiently. He is also the only one ever who has placed my phone screen protector correctly with ZERO bubbles. 10/10

Nothing I can say but no matter who you get at this store they will do everything they can to help you. I personally had the pleasure of having Daniel Perez as my rep, but also got help from Mary, Jason, and Harut. Great customer service and Team working there. Even if its a bit out of your way this store is worth the extra drive trust me.

First I would like to say that I'm so happy and pleased with my decision to choose your company! All of your employees that I have met so far have the best personalities and customer service. However, the one that stands out each time is Nayiri Isakhanian ,she’s so amazing!!! She was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything as she was doing. She took her time and was very thorough. She made sure that all my needs were met and she did not rush and made me feel very comfortable. She shows that she really cares about the customers and their happiness. I really appreciate her so much and next time when you go to the store look for her you’ll get great customer service!

Purchased two iPhone 15 pros from the Glendale CA store. Gevo was the rep that helped us with our order. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us with our phone data transfers. and screen protectors. we certainly would have messed that up! The store is right on Brand Blvd and is clean and convenient. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this store and staff!
