Avalon Glendale is a nice place, but it is not peaceful at all for living. The community is very loud and seems unaware that it’s not their private home. Noise continues whenever residents want, with little consideration for neighbors. I do not recommend the first-floor units, as they have two neighbors above, making it impossible to avoid the noise. The building’s insulation is very weak, so first-floor units constantly hear sounds from the parking lot in addition to mechanical noises from upstairs, like fans.
Unit 302 is the worst in this community. It’s directly in front of the elevator leading to the leasing office, which people treat as a gathering area. They linger there talking, laughing, making all kinds of noise, and leaving beer bottles. Children even leave toys in front of the unit, and parents don’t seem to care.
There also lots of bugs inside and outside the units.
The appliances shown in photos aren’t actually what’s in the units; the ones provided are outdated. Ashley is great and very helpful, but she can’t resolve the fundamental problems associated with Avalon. Maintenance is efficient and deserves appreciation.

The best maintenance team in the city!
Absolutely thrilled with both the maintenance team at Avalon Glendale! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Their communication is always clear, and they keep us updated every step of the way. A standout moment was on Memorial Day when we experienced a water issue. Despite it being a holiday, a team member arrived within just one hour of us submitting a ticket. Their prompt response and dedication to resolving the problem made us feel truly valued as residents.
Additionally, the landscaping team does an amazing job of keeping the premises looking beautiful. The grounds are always well-kept, with lush greenery and immaculate flower beds that create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining the appearance of the community, and their hard work makes coming home every day a pleasure.
We couldn’t be more appreciative of the dedication and effort they all put in to make Avalon Glendale a great place to live.

We’ve been living here for four years, and it’s been such a great experience! We’re super thankful for our time here. Ashlay, the manager, was always so nice and helpful, and the maintenance team was awesome—they usually fixed things the same day. The place was always clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is really cozy and quiet, which is hard to find anywhere else (now we know it!)). It honestly feels like home, and we’re going to miss it a lot. I’d totally recommend Avalon to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I live in Unit 102 & had an emergency my AC was leaking & Allan from the Maintenance Team was able to come right away at midnight & fix the problem. I am so extremely happy & grateful to him. A very professional & friendly person.

We live in Avalon Glendale for a month, so had a lot of problems at the very beginning. I just want to thank Avalon Community for a good service.
Also I want to thank Valdo who helped us with our Dishwasher problem. He is a qualified specialist. He did everything he could to resolve our issues.
Thanks Valdo a lot for a help! You are really good technician!

Ashlay the leasing manager is one of the best at her job. She is knowledgeable and very kind. She made our move in as easy as possible and helps with so much of our needs. We are very pleased to have her here.
Valdo the technician here is also great at his craft. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He helped with resolving our issues with our sinks and water temperature. Valdo is very respectable and does a great work for us here.
These two members of the community are some of the best I’ve seen around here. Thank you for all you do for me and my family!

We’ve been living here for almost 3 years, and it's one of the best places to live.
Ashlay and the management team are amazing. They are responsive, professional, and really care about making this a great place to live.
All maintenance requests that we’ve put in have been handled super quickly, and they go above and beyond to ensure that the community is well-maintained.
I’d highly recommend living here!
