The store was overall clean and the selection was nice. The only downside was the sink that smelled like fresh fecal matter whenever I washed my hands.

I bought a candle from here and it made my dog start breathing weird and then had an asthma attack, which has never happened. What is in these candles? Diesel fuel?

I haven't been into this store for some time, however my 96 yr. old friend asked for some of their soaps for her birthday. How could I say no? There were tons of options and there was a worker who great me great customer service and recommendations. They were having a sale, so she helped me figure out that I'd save money by buying five soaps. Another nice woman rang me up and packaged it nicely. Reasonable prices and the scents are lighter than I remember.

I always love coming here, especially during holiday and sale seasons! My family always loves to get items from here. Being a club member to get special perks, it's awesome to drop by here and see how nice and organized the items are as you go in! It's smells lovely inside! I always like testing the classic and new smells they offer. As a dude that wants to smell nice but not overbearing, this place definitely has stuff for you. The staff always ask if I need help finding anything, and they're quick to point me in the right direction.

This store has a bigger space than many other Bath and Body Works locations I've been to. Like other stores, the salespeople are friendly and helpful. They seem to have more items in stock than other locations. However, during the semi annual sale, they dumped all the sales items in a bin and the bottles looks scuffed up, used and had some leakage, making the sales items very unappealing.

Good service is not denied but I asked for an extra small bag and they told me that they no longer had it, I bought several products, the employee who approached me to request it told me to buy it somewhere else, as a business and they sell much more in these dates have supply of bags
