Most responsive Customer Service Team I have ever worked with. I ordered the wrong part and the team stayed late to get my new order out same day, and had the information to set up my RMA before I was off the phone. Literally, all the info I needed was in my in-box before I was off the phone. Requested an RMA, and had approval back via email in 30 seconds. And remember, this as my fault.
I'll look to buy all my bearings from Bearing Direct moving forward. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
